Sliema Hotels with Airport pickup service

I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and also visit the connected by the rooftop their sister hotel, The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. Stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute. Hotel is just across from the sea and is well situated for public transport to get around the island. Didn't eat here but the rooftop pool and bar area was fab with large seating area. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. If we ever venture back to Malta we will definitely stay here again.

Very cozy guesthouse that focus greatly on the customer experience. Yasser & Mila were gems that guaranteed us an excellent stay from breakfast till recommendations regarding activities! The guesthouse is well located close to restaurants and bus stop to explore the rest of the island. My partner and I definetely recommend to stay at The Maltese Sun once you're in Malta!

Hotel with good potential given the location and the rooms. Unfortunately on the first day we couldn't take a shower because brown water came out. We had a problem with the pipes, a pet attendant arrived to let the water out but after hours with the tap open they had only wasted a lot of water without solving the problem. At night and early in the morning I was woken up by the strong smell of cooking which probably came from the air conditioner. Nauseating smell! This problem has also not been resolved. When asking for help at reception they said there was nothing they could do! Sin

This hotel has a great location and service is very good. All the staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent value for money with breakfast included, outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes walk away, ferry to Valletta right opposite, super convenient! Super friendly staff at the buffet and reception, as well as the cleaning team. The only downside is the poor insulation: you hear every door slam as soon as someone leaves. But overall I am very happy with this hotel.

It's a very luxurious hostel experience, there was even an attached bathroom (huge) for our dorm room and in the basement there is a sauna/spa. Ideal location in the middle of Sliema with crucial bus and ferry connections just 2 min walk away.

The location of the hotel is very good, right on the beach. If you are lucky, you can get a room with a sea view. When you cross the road, you can see the unobstructed beauty of the beach. There is a fitness platform next to it, with many young handsome guys. You can watch the sea while exercising. Great!
