Everything was flawless, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was very nice, food was excellent, the spa and pools are clean and everything smells pleasantly. I hope we are back again in a short time.

My family and me will try love this hotel. The hotel has many rooms that have been renovated. In April, a completely renovated spa and saunas were opened. You will be very satisfied because the staff is also very nice We will come back

Positives ..luxurious looking hotel interior. Very nice sauna. Very nice dining room areas. The staff was above average helpful and accommodating. The pools were clean and we didn't have to fight for a sunbed, there were enough for everyone. The pool bar was great. The room was excellent. Breakfast and lunch were rich. Excellent selection of wines. Negatives .. missing shoe rack in the room and after starting the spa, a muffled hum of the compressor from the spa area could be heard.

We felt very good and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Very nice hotel, excellent and very kind personel, tasty food, very nice new reconstructed wellness with all the indoor and outdoor pools. We´ve also enjoyed the great 20th aniversary party with live concert, disco, etc.

Great service and wonderful wellness and spa experience. I was very disappointed that it was allowed to smoke on the terrace next to outdoor pool. We had to leave due to people constantly smoking cigars and cigarettes....

Over 18 years we enjoy regularly our stay in the Wellness & Spa resort "Kaskady". The service by reception and restaurant is always friendly. The service in the Wellness areas is how ever excellent.
