Nettes Schlösschen , an einem schönen See gelegen etwas außerhalb von Wroclaw . Zimmer sind ok , aber sehr hellhörig, Frühstück gut aber brechend voll mit langen Warteschlangen, Restaurant sehr übersichtliche Karte aber qualitativ gut , besonders die Suppen und Salate . Aber es reicht nicht , um etwas besonderes zu sein …

Wife booked couple massages for us with a bath for two, Rafal and Lena gave us fantastic massage and friendly service. Definitely recommend for couples looking for nice experience and romantic place. Hotel location is also great with Moto cafe and musium next to it.

Anlässlich einer Hochzeit verbrachten wir hier 2 Nächte in einem Standard Oficyna Zimmer in der oberen Etage. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich mit mehreren Fenstern und einer Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer als auch das Bad mit Dusche waren sehr sauber. Das gesamte Gelände ist wunderschön und gut gepflegt. Man kann viel spazieren gehen. Außerdem ist man mit dem Auto recht schnell in Wroclaw. Kostenlos Parken konnte man direkt bei seiner Unterkunft. Es gibt ein Spa, das wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Der Check In ging sehr schnell und der Check Out noch schneller. Das Persoal war freundlich und hatte gute Englischkenntnisse. Im Gebäude, wo auch die Rezeption ist, befindet sich auch der Frühstücksraum. Es gab eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker.

It’s a 5 start hotel experience. Everything from the rooms, to the restaurants , spa and the setting is amazing. Professional and friendly staff, quick drive to the city center. I had an amazing time! We stayed for only a few days, tried massages and two restaurants. Breakfast buffet was also very high end. We watched the old cars in the museum that sits on the same (huge) estate. The main building is a restored palace and some beautiful touches were preserved. I highly recommend this place.

Bardzo niemiła obsługa w recepcji. Niestety jeśli rezerwujesz on line , możesz się liczyć z tym, że dane firmy nie zostaną zapisane i jak przyjedziesz na miejsce już nie dostaniesz faktury. Godziny pracy SPA w tygodniu 9-21, tak samo dostępność basenu w godzinach które niestety mogą nie pasować do grafiku spotkań jesli jedziesz służbowo.

I can’t recommend Zamek Topacz highly enough! What an excellent few days we had at the end of May, beginning of June! Not a thing to fault. In particular so so impressed by the lady on reception, Kasia, who was just perfect; attentive, friendly, helpful, and so professional. Thank you ZT, and particularly thank you Kasia! X

We spent four days here for a family wedding. Absolutely beautiful place. Comfortable beds, lovely grounds, spa and swimming pool and wonderful breakfasts. All the staff were very friendly and professional but a special mention for Kasia on reception who was so patient with our attempts at Polish and really went the extra mile. It’s a little far out of the city centre but taxis/ Ubers are not expensive and we thought it worth it for the facilities.
