Waardeloos!!! Geprobeerd een kamer te boeken met een wonderbox voucher. Die mogelijkheid is er dus gewoon NIET! Er wordt gezegd dat 2 weken voor de gewenste datum de kamers vrijgegeven worden. Als je vervolgens twee weken van tevoren mailt, krijg je te horen dat er geen beschikbaarheid meer is. Er worden ook geen andere opties gegeven. Na herhaaldelijk vragen, krijg je te horen dat er pas vanaf 20 februari plek is. Terwijl er op andere sites gewoon wél voor de komende weken geboekt kan worden. Je wordt gewoon afgescheept omdat het voor hun niet interessant genoeg is. Wat een slechte service! Het contact is enorm onvriendelijk en allesbehalve behulpzaam! Snap niet dat je zo met je klanten om gaat. Blijf hier weg!

Vriendelijk personeel en keurig hotel op prachtige locatie. Ontbijt en diner was er ook uitstekend. Ook praktisch, dat een laadpaal aanwezig was voor mijn elektrische auto. Het was ook een mooi startpunt om via de achter tuin aan een wandeling te beginnen.

Zorg dat je dit hotel niet kiest als je een waardebon krijgt. Dit zijn de reacties.... De betreffende kamers worden 2 weken voor aankomst vrij gegeven voor een reservering met de genoemde voucher. Met de genoemde voucher zijn er alleen in de maanden januari en februari reserveringen mogelijk. Helaas zijn er voorlopig in de weekenden geen reserveringen meer mogelijk tot begin maart... Het is voor ons heel moeilijk een kamer voor 1 nachten in het weekend te reserveren, hier blokkeer ik een heel weekend mee.

Top in alles.echte aanrader. Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Fantastisch familiehotel. Perfecte service Heerlijk eten. Prachtige tuin etc etc. Heerlijk voor een paar dagen te verblijven. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor prachtige wandelingen.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Only downside was lack of coffee making facilities in the room. There was a kettle which did not reach to the desk but no coffee, tea etc provided

Fantastisch hotel Het personeel is top . Professioneel, super vriendelijk. Het 3-gangen menu die je elke avond krijgt is heel lekker . Bij mooi weer heb je de keuze om buiten te eten op hun zeer mooie terras. De kamers zijn heel conformtabel. Het enige minpunt voor mij is dat er honden worden toegelaten op de kamers , niettegenstaande er overal vasttapijt ligt . Persoonlijk vind ik dit niet zo hygiënisch. Wij gaan zeker nog terug

Top hotel, lekker dineren in een gezellig restaurant of op het zalige terras met uitzicht op de prachtige tuinnen. Maar... vooral vriendelijk op en top personeel! Ook de kamer was ruim en rustig. Onze kamer 32 lag in het bijgebouw, wat eigenlijk een statig huis met ruime tun is, 50m voorbij het hotel. Onze 2 Cocker Spaniels ware er zeer welkom en konde volop ravotten in de mooi onderhouden tuin. Mocht aan dat gebouw een hekje zijn aan de zijkant, zodat de tuin volledig is afgesloten, zou het perfect geweest zijn, maar dat is maar een miniem detail. 😉
