This is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day .

Nice hotel, suitable for two, affordable price, clean and comfortable. The location is close to everywhere and there are many foods around the hotel.

Very fantastic... The facilities are commensurate and I think a little more than the price.. The room size is not that big. But the layout and composition in the room create a comfortable vibes. Moreover, with that price there is already AC and android tv. Can watch full movies to accompany the wife. The location is also in the middle of the city. Very easy to reach and close to everywhere.

Sangat worth it apalagi tempatnya nyaman terus sepi jadi bisa bikin tenang, minus sih di kamar mandi aja yang kaca bening terus kalo bising dari kamar sebelah agak kedengaran

been staying with Citihub for years since they're new. staff is friendly as always. but the hotel hasn't been maintained perfectly. we booked 3 room for like 4 nights and noticed few problems like showerhead not opening properly, dead AC remote, or the AC not working perfectly. but one thing that I can always count from Citihub is the cleanliness. and its comfort. hope they can fix these minor issue, but regardless, Im coming back next time we visit Jogja
