Awful budget room which is not what we paid for,Mattress the worst I have ever slept on and as for the pillows..The bin is the best place for those.Basic room with a view of the Bins and delivery vans daily..even though we paid for a sea view and a sofa in the room as advertised.No adult pool just the small one for children which again was advertised as not really for families which is why we chose this one.If you have mobility issues forget getting onto the Beach as there are steps and slopes are very very steep.Food was very hit and miss unless you like chips/wedges daily.Will not be returning to this Hotel due to all of the above and rude staff who are unhelpful and really do not care about their guests needs.

Très bel hôtel situé dans une crique. La vue sur la mer, la petite plage et la piscine sont très agréables pour se reposer. Le restaurant avec buffet est délicieux et plein de produits de bonne qualité. Le personnel est compétent, et serviable. L'ensemble du complexe est d'une propreté impeccable. Le seul point négatif est l'éloignement du complexe par rapport à un centre urbain. Profiter des excursions proposées pour de temps en temps mettre le nez dehors. La visite à Mostar ou au Monténégro est sympa à faire malgré le long trajet en car. L'hôtel propose des vélos,des kayaks et des pédalos à disposition gratuitement pendant une heure. J'avais pris une chambre dans le bâtiment du bas avec vue mer latéral,la chambre était moderne est bien soigné et près du restaurant et de la piscine. Un effort pourrait être fait sur les boissons proposées. Soft un peu plat et alcool de piètre qualité. En résumé mon séjour c'est super bien passé, l'hôtel est bien situé d'un point de vue environnemental et calme. Si vous voulez aller à Dubrovnik il y a un petit bateau qui fait la navette aller-retour ça vous fait une petite excursion sympa autre que par la route. PS : au personnel un petit sourire ne coûte rien et est tellement plus agréable. Certains l'on compris mais d'autres.....

We had a great time at the hotel, the food was great and the facilities were very good (paddles, kayaks and bikes available for free). The entertainment team was also absolutely fantastic, and especially their leader Kox who is very friendly and approachable and can turn fakir at will!!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuse avec vue mer,la qualité du buffet était top .C'était assez calme et reposant. Merci à Ugo et son équipe pour leur gentillesse . C'est un peu dommage que tout est loin pour visiter des sites . Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacance.

Nous avons passé une semaine à l hôtel Osmine Slano et nous en sommes ravis. Des paysages magnifiques dans la baie,des activités Pédalo, kayak gratuites une heure pour rendre le séjour au mieux, et bien d autres activités autour. L équipe d animation est un véritable plus pour nous vacanciers, Karim,Olessia ,Hugo, Lou-Anne ont rendu notre séjour hyper agréable avec leurs animations mais aussi dans nos échanges aux quotidiens. Encore merci, et je recommande fortement de venir passer les vacances ici, dans un pays avec des paysages à couper le souffle. A bientôt. Bertrand

A lovely hotel with friendly people and exceptional food choices. The best all inclusive I’ve had so far. Fresh veggies and fruit and I thought the quality and choice was outstanding. My friend is quite a fussy eater and managed to have a good selection at every meal time! Very clean throughout. The bar staff and reception were really helpful and I would recommend the cruises they offer - great deals and well worth every penny. We did the 3 island cruise, sunset and Dubrovnik. Generous food provided on the boat for the 3 islands cruise - really impressed. It felt safe and nothing was too much trouble - we borrowed a couple of bikes and rode into Slano village for the cash point and a posh ice cream. Lovely little place and I would go back but I want to try Split next time. Beautiful place.

The most gorgeous scenery. Lovely to look out on but the hotel is isolated. A 40 minute walk along by the sea to Slano. A spotlessly clean hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food although not a great deal of choice is good. Soft drinks are okay but we found the alcoholic drinks poor. Pool area small but there are a number of areas on the beach with sun beds. Bikes, pedalos and kayaks are free to use for an hour

Hôtel et restaurant très bien, bien situé, équipe à l’écoute et disponible. Un bonus particulier à l’équipe d’animateurs (Louis, Hugo et Karim) : très disponibles, sympathiques, il se ménagent pas leurs efforts et … ça marche. Merci et bravo.

Nice location with superb view of bay area clean hotel but in need of refurbishment.35 minutes walk into slano town.buses only run from there and are hourly at best..an hour private car ride away from dubrovnik and nothing to do apart from hotel.restaurant times are very short and cater mainly for German guests.only one type of beer on offer and very poor.said it was adults only but children there and local kids used the small swimming pool in the afternoon.
