Super 8 by Wyndham Harrisburg Hershey North

Stayed here for a concert at Hershey. Hotel is close to event that you can catch a 10 min uber to and from. Sheetz is across the street. Beds are loud and thin but there are no mattress covers to protect you.

Overall this would be a 2.5/3 star hotel maximum. We arrived at 11pm and went inside and had to wait for 5 minutes before anyone came out. After using the phone to call the number several times. When we got up to the room we found two double beds instead of queens. The rooms were very dated. The blankets felt like curtains and the beds were uncomfortable. A light fixture was broken. The bathrooms were small but it was the back of the door that was dirty which was the problem, overall it was just not cheap enough for it to be a place to stay again with the condition of the hotel. Also the breakfast was not anything special.

Bad visit Got to the hotel at 7 pm. Front desk lady sleeping on couch, took like 15 hello to wake her up. We booked two room side by side one room key didnt work she was going to call her manager. An hour laterci asked if we were getting a key she again was on the couch watching her ipad. No she said i can change your room. Yes please. So unprofessional. I would never stay in your chain of hotels or recommended it.

This was an awful stay. Very unpleasant staff. Hotel room was so filthy. There were yellow stains on the sheets, unknown brown stains on the wall in the bathroom, makeup on pillow case, room was not cleaned or inspected. Hallway had a metal object in the outlet with past smoke damage (the object is still in the outlet). When I brought all these complaints to staff, the woman was unpleasant and didn't seem to care. There is no continental breakfast (just hot water with no tea bags, coffee, and mini poppyseed muffins). The whole hotel smelled and it was very dirty.

Great for the price and cleaner then most! Easy check in and the front desk was very helpful, although the parking was not ideal it was conveniently located near stores and some fast food restaurants. The rooms and lobby could use updating and a weird musky smell in the lobby. The room and bathroom were clean but probably could use a deep clean and dusting along with better vacuum, but for the price and last minute reservation it was a overall great stay!
