Hotel staff was great. The morning breakfast attendant was fabulous. She maintained and kept the area clean during the chaos . Great location located near Blue Mt ridge

Instant smoke smell upon entry, despite being a smoke free room/hotel. Moldy grout around the tub. Key cards were very glitchy. took multiple attempts each time to enter the room. Hot tub was out of service and the pool was freezing. The breakfast offering was disappointing.

I was dissatisfied as the Jacuzzi was broke,the breakfast food weren't good & the grass needed cutting. Check-in was poor as the guy had issues with the email I had sent early that morning.Within 5 minutes he changed his tune about having rooms ready after he finally found my email.Just not a good process as link on email weren't working.Grass needed cutting as I had to walk around between areas between parking lots as it was too high to walk through & it was raining since wet grass was a no for me. As always rooms were clean & beds & pillows were comfortable but still not worth what they charged us.Discount for restaurant in the parking lot of hotel was a plus,but food was just mediocre too. Good location & close to Hershey, but overall not worth the money charged.

Absolutely disgusted. There was mold in the pull out bed. Discovered late before bed so my son slept with me. We brought it to the attn of the head housekeeper Denise the next morning before checkout. She took photos and said it w as absolutely disgusting and management would be in touch -well that was was Sun. It's now Thursday and I've been calling every day since. No 1 that could help me was reachable or on site. I also spoke to Tammy and was told twice Tiffany the manager would call. Then I was told there is a new owner and they give him the message and he'd call. Nope. No call but they were quick to charge my card. The pool was so heavilly chlorinated that our eyes were burning for days. Eyes were also watery and Pool was not enjoyable. My son was wheezing as well. We don't know if these symptoms were from the mold or chlorine. Zero accountability. Service is terrible. Management is a ghost

Would stay again for sure if traveling this way again. Beds were comfy. Room has a good set up. Breakfast was good. Coffe could be better.

All in all, the amenities of the room were good, it did have a refrigerator and microwave. But it was the darkest hotel room we've ever stayed in. Lamps had 25W tungsten bulbs when they needed to have 60W LED bulbs. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly, and everything else about our stay was pleasant.

We recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 40+ families attending the Hershey soccer tournament, and unfortunately, the experience was overwhelmingly negative. While the rooms were clean, they were extremely outdated and in need of major renovations. The entire hotel had a strong damp smell that made the environment unpleasant from the moment we walked in. There was no entertainment space provided, which made it difficult for such a large group to gather. The only available area for socializing was the lobby, but even that became a problem. The front desk staff were clearly overwhelmed and frequently rude, even going as far as to threaten calling the police on adults who were simply sitting and chatting in the lobby. Watching a hockey game together turned into an issue, with staff speaking to us as if we were misbehaving children. Even worse, some staff members were rude to the kids, and hotel management insisted that everyone be in their rooms by 10 PM. They openly stated they didn’t sign up to host a “stay and play” tournament and that it was corporate’s decision—making it clear they resented our presence. The hotel was mostly occupied by tournament families, and nearly everyone we spoke with said they’d never stay here again. The lack of hospitality, outdated facilities, and poor treatment from staff made what should’ve been a fun weekend a frustrating one.

The pet policy on the website is different from what's posted on a piece of printer paper taped to the wall at the front desk. False advertising and the bait and switch is enough to make me not want to stay there again. However the hotel grounds were kept clean and well lit. The room was clean but drywall and ceiling had some damage.
