Greeting by a great staff member the first night breakfast we best options I’ve had rooms clean found some stuff from previous people in room the pool was very warm but myself and children noticed several things floating in the pool the floors everywhere could use a better vacuuming but overall had a great stay!

Warm welcome then disappeared leaving desk unstaffed. This was not a problem but was unusual.
Property seems new and unfinished. Our room door was not secure. The doorframe “box” where deadbolt enters was missing.
Everything was very clean.
Breakfast selection normal. Unfortunately eggs and meats were cold. Never saw the staff to ask.

I actually booked this hotel due them having an indoor pool, and the location near HersheyPark. The staff was helpful, the accommodations wasn’t on the better side. It’s a small family ran hotel. They did have a breakfast in which the family enjoyed.

When arriving there was nobody at the front desk. We had three rooms. In one room the shower was really gross and the bathroom did not smelled like cigarette smoke and the window was left open. In our second room the toilet would not flush. The last room the toilet also would not flush. The room smelled like sewer, and the shower door fell off the rail. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Many things were unavailable like the pool and the washing machine and the phone was out of order, also no one at the front desk a lot of times.
