We stayed 3 nights. very good staff. Rooms are average. Not very clean. carpet in the room is dirty. Small changes in the rooms can make it nice. Seems they don't care about it. Very good restaurant in the hotel.

Short stay
For me it was very short stay. Came in the dark, I just had enough time to have a (actually very) good dinner and sleep after that. Good food. A bit noisy when your window is toward the restaurant area. But I was just too tired to complain. Polite service, good bed.

The aircon wasn’t working when I got there with 38 degrees and the poet points where not working and they changed my room and same thing

Terrible experiance! Waited a long time for our starters, while we waited we ordered main dish as well. After an hour of waiting half of our main dish was missing, we asked if they forgot it and they said they will check. They never came back to let us know if the dish was forgotten or not and we never got the dish. After another hour of waiting we just asked for the check. We waited for the check another 30-40 minutes, and asked 2-3 different waiters for the check but i guess they all forgot about it. At the end we had to get up and ask for the check at the bar when they finally gave us the check.

I enjoyed the in-house restaurant. They need a sign outside that says Hotel Aristocrat. Unless you know that there is a hotel there, it appears to be just a restaurant.

Outdated hotel no warm water for shower but needed a switch to turn on no information or maps any more. Restaurant very mediocre parking facility inadequate. No bedside tables or lamps. Lightswitch of very bright main light at door not at bed.

I stayed here for one night on my way to Ohrid. A nice hotel, although the bathroom needs a little update. The breakfast surprised me because I had to choose from 5 or 6 options. I had savoury pancakes. The weren't the best I had, but I didn't complain. While having breakfast, I witnessed an argument between the waiter and the cook. They were screaming and hitting thing in the kitchen, speaking in Macedonian. This I didn't like and I don't know if I will go back there soon.
