Very good location near the old bazaar, staff very friendly and helpful, speak English, French and German. Room clean and very well equipped. Free parking. Breakfast with many local specialities. Swimming pool and SPA very amazing.

Şu an otelde ki ilk gecem ve maalesef resepsiyonu arayıp uyarmamıza rağmen düğün yapılan üst kat salonun masa ve sandalyeleri çekilerek yeniden düzenlenmesi işine gece yarısından sonra halen devam eden işletme, resepsiyon ikinci aramamıza cevap bile vermedi.

İzmir den Academic Tur ile Büyük Balkan turuna katıldık (ailece). Otel de 513 numaralı odada kaldık. Gündüz 45C cehennem sıcağına maruz kaldıktan sonra, günün yorgunluğunu atmak ve temizlenmek için duşa girdim. Pis su gideri tıkalo olduğu için kabinin içi pis su ile doldu ve wc zeminine taştı. Resepsiyona 3 defa inip durumu bildirmeme rağmen sorunumuzu çözmediler. Teknsyen olduğum için sorunu kendim çözmeye çalıştım. Bir miktar açıldı ancak tamamen açılmadığı için pis suyun gitmesini 10dk. bekledikten sonra durulanabildik. Otel kesinlikle 5 yıldızı hak etmiyor. Resepsiyondaki kız o kadar sorumsuz ki 3 defa problemi anlatmama rağmen hep aynı cevabı veriyor, sanki ecberleöiş gibi.

If I could rate it under 0. High prices for NMK standard, and nothing works. We booked the Presidental suit for our 10th anniversary, jacuzzi and sauna didn’t work, we couldn’t enjoy anything waiting for different people to fix them, and nothing happened.

The location of this hotel is great. It is just above the old bazar. The room is okay but small. They use a very strong smelling laundry soap/softener on the sheets. People who are sensitive to strong chemical smells should beware. It is hard to get to the dining room -- most rooms are located in a different wing and the elevator is difficult. Old people be advised that there are many unexpected steps and slopes in the hotel floor and patio.
