A Hidden Gem in Skopelos – Perfect for Relaxation and Island Charm I recently had the pleasure of staying at Skopelos Village Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just a short walk from the picturesque Skopelos Town, but far enough away to offer complete tranquility. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a charming island style, and impeccably clean. Our balcony provided stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the nearby harbor, which made every morning and evening special. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging excursions, their attention to detail made our stay seamless. The on-site restaurant served delicious Greek cuisine with a modern twist, and there were gluten-free options, which was a huge plus for me. Overall, Skopelos Village Hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and authentic Greek island charm. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat on Skopelos.

A wonderful hotel, small and peaceful away from the town centre, though even that has a relaxed ambience. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and the rooms very clean, and cleaned daily. Lots of poolside loungers and two pools to relax by. Loved the hotel, it’s wonderful views and the very attentive and helpful staff. We walked here from the ferry, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk. Would love to return here x

The most amazing locale, very friendly staff, and great value for the money.

We stayed in a recently refurbished junior suite and it was beautiful. Everything we needed. A large balcony with partial views of the sea. The breakfast was the best we had on our island hopping experience. Towels were provided for the beds. Not the most luxurious (no mattresses) but comfortable. The pool areas looked tired, especially the top pool area and needs a face lift. Very close to the town. I would stop here again in a heart beat.

Although the staff were amazing and hotel very clean but that’s where it ends. Our room was very tired. We were in Sea Breeze Room 1. The room was cold and damp. Bathroom was very small. The sunbeds around the pool were very uncomfortable they need cushions. The restaurant wasn’t good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired the cooked breakfast was mostly cold and little choice. The evening menu was awful and never changed. We stayed there 8 years ago, the restaurant then was amazing with a lot of choice on the menu. We mostly eat out but it would have been nice to chill around the hotel. Sadly I won’t be going back.
