Checked in on 21 May and learnt that there will be no water from 8pm till 8am the next morning. Apparently for fire hydrant repairs by the city. When I argued that service would be missing from my room, I was told that I would get $100 by way of purchases at the hotel and restaurant. This was the way since I had booked through a third party. On the morning of the checkout 10:40 am on 28 May, there was no refund and I was told it would be though the third party ( contradictory to what I was first told) when I asked for written confirmation , I was told I couldn’t get any. I asked the lady ( Maria) could she share a screen shot of this that she was seeing on her computer. No was her answer. I would be given any written confirmation. I could see the manager who would come at noon. I couldn’t wait since we were going to the airport. Eventually after a while she said she was arranging something and later deducted a few items ( amounting to $100) It was a trying experience and never to be repeated. Room cleaning is something that has to be asked for , sometimes more than once until it is done. The restaurant staff were nice and friendly, Location is good . But it is unlikely we are going back there again,

Good location. Good service. Could improve breakfast. Pool was closed.
