5晚住宿居然有一天忘記room cleaning，傍晚打去前台問，居然説，打掃人員都下班啦，沒辦法；冷暖氣不能恆温；隔音極差；不管是各種服務員還是前台人員態度冷漠；房價包的早餐管理極其混亂，有時還要再簽餐飲賬單，有時又不用。作為IHG的holiday inn管理的品牌酒店，與期望值相距甚遠！

I was there the end of June with my wife, who is disabled. We had a accessible room, which was not very accessible. The shower head was mounted to the wall and was not to functional. The bar where the shower head should be mounted to had something wrong. I can't believe they did not have any spare parts to correct the problem. Cleanliness was a problem. The room was left with a dirty bathroom floor, they did mot vacuum the room very well, the hallway outside our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there, and the cleaning and maintaining people were very lax. It also took 2 days to get a hair blower in the room. The worst part is that the employees at the desk just listened, did not write anything down, gave us a half-hearted apology and did very little to resolve the problems. Last but not least I asked to speak to the general manager 3 times and he/she never had the decency to call me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

We stayed for two nights and as diamond elite IHG members we expected more. Our room was dated and the tub was dirty. The ac unit was loud and the typical amenities were missing. The beds were standard though a bit small. We will choose another IHG property next time.
