Be extremely careful to bring your car there You registrator the cars registration number at the reception ! Even if it’s done .. every stay at this hotel resulted in hundreds of euros in parking tickets Impossible to get the cancellation done Even if you send prof that you are a paying hotel guest !! If you stay add onther 135 EU-program in the price cus it’s what they charge you per night at parking … I do not recommend this hotel

Et skønt ophold, hvor vi nød de flotte omgivelser.
Vi havde et pragtfuldt ophold, vi nød de skønne omgivelser. Værelset var meget godt med god plads, skønt sengetøj og gode senge, fint badeværele med både badekar og bruse, dejlige bløde håndklæder, der blev skiftet hver dag. Som altid er morgenmaden bare perfekt, og vi spiste dejlig mad i lobbyen.

Grådigheden kender ingen grænser
Allerede inden vores ankomst blev vi spammet af Kurhotel Skodsborg med forsøg på mersalg - restaurantbesøg, spabehandlinger m.v.
Ved ankomst blev vi oplyst, at det ville koste 400 kr / person at komme ind i spa-afdelingen 30 min før kl. 18, hvor vores "evening access" startede.
Toilettet på værelset løb, og det blev ikke udbedret trods henvendelse til receptionen. Da vi oplyste dette ved checkout, fik vi et "Det var godt nok ærgerligt. Var I meget forstyrret af larmen?" med på vejen, men intet tilbud om en mindre kompensation.
Vi kan kun sige, at niveauet på ingen måde har levet op til vores forventninger, og at vi fremover vil holde os til at besøge Marienlyst, hvor vi er kommet mange gange og hver gang har oplevet sublim service.
