Fantastic hotel absolutely spotless beds and pillows veery comfortable rooms are a good size , breakfast and evening meal very good and all the staff are so polite and helpful always plenty of sunbeds pool area is stunning wonderful views also food at the bar was very good especially the pizzas . What a wonderful holiday our family had thankyou from our family to the hotel punta family ...Fantastic x

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions in the past few years. It was clear on this occasion that a change of management had taken place since our last visit in Sept 2024. However in order for accommodation to meet our dates, we had to book into the superior rooms which carried an increase in room rate. The room was excellent, but so were the standard rooms we had stayed in previous years. The only differences we could ascertain were a walk in shower, bath robes, kettle, 2 cups and 5 sachets of herbal tea, which we never used. We found it hard to justify the difference in rate because the standard rooms are of such high standards anyway. The staff have been the friendliest ever, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff to the cleaners, first class as far as we’re concerned, and a credit to the hotel. The pool, the beach - 4.5 minute walk- we are sad, we timed it, are excellent as others have already said. Sincere compliments to Chef and the kitchen staff for the food, which was varied daily, freshly prepared and delicious. The cleaners work hard and do a tremendous job, rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. We stayed at the same time as the review complaint. We witnessed your overall behaviour towards the staff and your state of self entitlement. Other guests were fed up of your crass behaviour and we were glad to see the back of you. The hotel is a perfect setting if you want to relax completely in wonderful surroundings, wonderful views, with attentive staff, delicious food and comfortable rooms.

Il Posto è carino in un ottima posizione distante il giusto da paese. Letti molto confortevoli e camere pulite e in ordine. Un grosso problema è legato al menù della sera gestito da cuochi indiani . Sicuramente sarebbe molto meglio proporre una cucina greca o indiana piuttosto che una cucina internazionale ripetitiva e con prodotti scadenti e piatti sempre in umido . I proprietari dell'hotel dovrebbero provare altre strutture per capire cosa si può ottenere con piccole modifiche al menù e alle ricette. Un grosso problema è anche la gestione della sala ristorante che alle 10 in punto sparecchia i coperti e allontana i clienti. E' convenzione internazionale che gli alberghi abbiano un orario di termine cena o pranzo ma si intende il termine degli ordini e la chiusura del buffet ma non la liberazione della sala a cui deve essere consentito alla clientela di restare per una ora successiva alla chiusura per terminare le consumazioni.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! I stayed here some time ago, parked my car for two days in the hotel’s parking area, where many cars were outside the marked spots. I paid for the parking in cash. Two years later, I received a fine for allegedly parking there! I asked the hotel to confirm that I was their guest – I even have receipts and proof of my stay – but they replied that they only have a record of the tourist tax payment. They completely ignored the situation, showing that they don’t care about their guests or tourists. Because of someone’s oversight, I now have to pay a parking fine even though I was a paying guest. Stay far away from this place!

Hotel Punta was exactly what we needed for a quiet, relaxing break, only 10 minutes from the airport and town yet very remote and relaxed. It’s a fairly small, clean hotel with warm, friendly staff from the receptionists to the cleaners, and all staff in the restaurant. Fotis at the bar is a real asset, making us great cocktails and remembering our names from day one. The pool has amazing views over the town and port, and the small private beach is a nice break from the busy beaches on the island. The breakfast was tasty, dinner always had good options, the bar at night was lively but relaxed, and we loved the Greek music and dancing on the Wednesday night. Wi-Fi in the room was a bit patchy, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Thank you Punta Hotel for an absolutely wonderful holiday…. Vivian on reception is one of the nicest ladies and so very helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment she hugged us as we left always so friendly and helpful. Fortis, Visilis & Zoe are also a credit to this hotel always happy to help with anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are practical, plenty big enough, with amazing views….cleaned by a lovely lady every single day…..and if I had anything to pick fault with it would be the lack of a kettle but this was simple to solve, just ask Vivian who had one behind the reception for us. The small beach was lovely no problems with finding it and was clean tidy…. Very steep walk back up the hill but just take your time and a drink. I have travelled all over Greece and this has to go down as one of my top hotels…. Traditional food which was very tasty, served fresh and different every evening. The Greek salad was amazing at lunch time and was so big it filled me until dinner. No worries about sunbeds and the pool Is very clean and in good condition. Shuttle bus to the town is excellent, book in advance as it is popular, we also hired a car via Vivian and this was very affordable and delivered to us at the hotel within 30mins. See you next year Punta hotel we cannot wait to return xx

Ho soggiornato dal 21 al 31 luglio, in compagnia di 9 amici con formula 1/3 pensione. L'albergo è poco distante dall'aereoporto e gode di una vista panoramica sulla baia di Skiathos. Immerso nel verde, dotato di piscina e spiaggetta raggiungibile a piedi (10 minuti) con un numero davvero troppo esiguo di ombrelloni. Quattro stelle non proprio... Manca L'ascensore o in alternativa il personale che possa aiutare a trasportare i bagagli per tutte le rampe di scale. Persiste un odore di fogna negli ambienti di passaggio. La colazione apre non prima delle 8.00, la cena dalle 20 alle 22, senza nessuna eccezione e il menù di colazione e cena è poco vario e assolutamente ripetitivo, oltre che non territoriale. Non esiste ristorante a mezzogiorno. Il personale è tutto molto cordiale, tranne il METRE del ristorante/portiere di notte, che è davvero SCORTESE, NON PROFESSIONALE E MALEDUCATO: una sera, per accertarsi che liberissimo la sala alle ore 22.00, ha cominciato a ricordarcelo alle 9.20, ha fatto sparecchiare il buffet alle 21.40 e dalle 21.45 si è posizionato a braccia conserte con due camerieri accanto al nostro tavolo fissandoci... E per finire, alle 22.00 (non un secondo di più!) ha tolto di mano ad un ospite il bicchiere di birra (pagata a parte ovviamente come anche l'acqua!!) dicendole che il ristorante era chiuso. INACCETTABILE. Il rispetto degli orari lo comprendo, anche se troppo restrittivi per una struttura ricettiva turistica in alta stagione, ma a tutto c'è un limite e questo gesto è oltremodo irrispettoso e inadeguato. Sconsiglio la struttura perché chi avvalla comportamenti simili da parte del personale non sa cosa significhi accoglienza e perché mi ha fatto a sentire a disagio la prepotenza di questa persona che ha reso spiacevole il nostro soggiorno in struttura.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con mio figlio, 3 notti in mezza pensione. Dista 5 minuti dall'aereoporto e circa 10 dal centro, posizione tranquilla, lontana dal caos, vista bellissima. Ambiente curato e molto pulito. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Ricca e gustosa sia la colazione che la cena. Molto bella anche la spiaggetta dell'hotel alla quale si accede attraverso un percorso non proprio agevole, ma ne vale la pena. Consigliato
