Beautiful boutique hotel built into a rock on the water of the old port of Skiathos. You can ask the manager anything, and he will answer very quickly. My trip was just before the season so the cocktail bar and restaurant next door were closed. From the balcony you have a view of Bourtzi, definitely recommended to visit or have a drink. Housekeeping every day, coffee on the ground floor and free toiletries such as a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and more. Highly recommended! When you close the windows and doors you really notice how soundproof the room is!

We had been to Skiathos before and wanted to stay right on the harbour. We had two rooms in The Tree, the neighbour hotel on the other side of the steps. As we had booked the Penthouse we were initially concerned about having to climb so many steps each night, (we are 6 young ladies over 60...), but we soon became used to it, and found all the rooms totally perfect, pristine clean and totally soundproofed. Dimitris is an exceptional Manager and helped us with so many little queries during the 2 weeks we were there. I am definitely returning with my husband to take the penthouse with its huge private terrace. Il Migliore, the Italian restaurant below, has high quality cuisine as well as pasta and pizza, and the Manager and staff there became friends during our stay. So congratulations too to Vasilis, Bruno, Theodore and Chris for wonderful service and pefect food. We warned you...we will return

It was a wonderful stay. Listening to the wave action at night lilled you to sleep. Great recommendations by Dimitris the owner.. He found us a fantastic asventure with Safari George. It was nice to be able to wslk yo everything. The hussel and bessel. Such a beautiful end to our vacation.

Such a clean, cute beautiful ocean view property. Wonderful location and easy/direct access to ferry with all the luggage. WiFi worked great. 11 euro cab ride to the airport. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town!

We had a fabulous stay at The Water. The room was stunning and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Dimitris was very friendly and was very helpful with extending our checkout to later on in the day so we could leave our stuff before our evening flight. Only criticisms was no full length hanging space for dresses/ trousers. I’m not particularly keen on a wet room which this was and would have been good to know this before, because the bathroom was quite small, everything was wet after a shower. We read lots of reviews about noise disturbance however we did not have an issue with this at all and we were in the room next to the bar. The balcony door is pretty much soundproof. Overall, we had a fabulous stay, location was incredible and the views from the balcony make this property a must when staying in Skiathos.
