Das Personal (egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service, Zimmerreinigung,...) ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) ist ausgezeichnet und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Und die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt!

The facilities are very good. The only concern is the high prices of food and spa tretments. I also think an improvement to the shade at the beach is needed, the current umbrelas give very little shade.

Comfortable hotel on the beautiful island of Skiathos. We stayed at the Kassandra Resort. Two good pools along with beachfront and adequate sun-beds/shade (if required!). Drinks/food available to order and brought direct to your seating. Breakfast has more than adequate choice, and whilst we never ate at Black Olive, I’d highly recommend Pelagos (lunch) and Mesoyios (dinner). All staff very welcoming and great service. There is a bus stop right outside giving easy access to Skiathos town and the south of the island. Taxis are available and the hotel can book these for you. In addition you can take the water taxi from the beach into Skiathos (return), a nice way to arrive for dinner or evening drinks. Would highly recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato la scorsa settimana in questo hotel. Sicuramente ben arredato, moderno e curato ma non da 5 stelle. Le stanze nella media, non troppo pulite e senza i kit bagno che ci si aspetta in un hotel di questa categoria. Tutto a pagamento, un bottiglia di acqua gassata la sera a cena, 5€. Ci aspettavamo maggiori confort e cura del cliente visto il livello ed i prezzi. Non ci tornerei.

Οχι πολυ καλη εμπειρια. Απαρεδεκτη συμπεριφορα απο την διοικηση του ξενοδοχειου! Ειχαμε καποια προβληματα στη διαμονη , και το μονο που μας ειπαν ηταν ενα συγγνωμη. Δεν τηρει τις προδροαγραφες για 5αστερο. Ποτε ξανα!

We have just returned from our 4th time at Kassandra and loved it. The hotel has upgraded the rooms and bathrooms which also now include tea and coffee facilities. We had a brilliant room (608) with stunning views. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is fab lots of choice. We ate in the hotel during the day and the food was lovely. They have added extra padding to the sunbeds so they are really comfortable, also no towel games here, always a sunbed free whatever time. We went into town every night via the water taxi and then bus home, really convenient. We met some lovely people whilst away, everyone is very friendly and would return in a heartbeat 💗

The location is superb, close to town with a bus or water taxi taking you to town in ten minutes. It's set on a small bay running down the cliff to the coast so the sea views of the coast and islands are lovely. The beach is not the best on the island, but it shelves nicely and it's an easy walk in. The staff are very positive and the food and restaurant choices should suite everyone. Room service provides a good choice and is very quick for when you've had a long day out. The Reception team are so helpful and friendly. The superior deluxe rooms are clean, contemporary and with excellent showers. It's quiet in the evening as most guests go into town, but one thing they could do is provide more entertainment. In the two weeks we were there there was only one act and a disco on. I would also improve the beach umbrellas as they provide only a thin and small shaded area. The beach can get full up so you have to get down early to be sure of a place.
