Had a fantastic trip to this hotel, we had a sea view room and it did not disappoint. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly, but I have to give a special mention to Elsa , Monica and Stella who worked within the pool bar, they were so professional and welcoming and a credit to the hotel, they are one of the reasons we are going back and would highly recommend this hotel. The only negative I would say was the pool area which although very clean was small and with limited lounges, but that should not put you off this hotel.

This is a true review of this hotel. Reception area clean , reception staff , some ok & some rude & abrupt. Swimming pool small but clean with limited sunloungers. Breskfast ok , everything you need but like warm food. Tea & coffee you make your own but with luke wam water. Rooms……. We was allocated room 109 which is in the basement , it’s dark , damp and dirty & the bathroom smells of dirty foul drains constantly. I reported the smells to reception & they tried to get rid of the bathroom smells by using chemicals which hurt you’re nose & throat. I received a call from reception asking me if I wanted a change of room to next door 108 which I declined due to it being in the dungeon & having probably the same issues. The gut on reception said we have big problem with you’re room because all the rooms above throw paper in the toilet and it gets stuck in the drains going down under youre room. On we go so 3 days before we are due home the same guy phoned me we have another room for you room 414 I’m offering this to you because I don’t want bad publicity. After discussions with my husband we decided to stay in the dirty, smelly dungeon just to sleep there. Why you ask …. Because to keep packing up and unpacking after we have done 3 weeks of Island hopping we couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. We couldn’t leave our doors open due to wild cats entering our room from the very small grassed area in the dungeon. Having spoken with other guests they too have had all the problems that we have had. When checking in if you get offered one of these rooms do not accept. Remember room 109. Filthy dirty & if you get cold you can use the dirty blankets they have left

First class hotel. Any request at reception accepted and resolved in minutes. The hotel is exceptionally cleaned with staff working all through the day ensuring everywhere accessable to guests was cleaned. Every member of staff made you feel you were a valued customer. Special acknowledgement for Elsa in hospitality who with her charming manner and perfect English looked after everyone in a Professional way. A credit to the hotel team. We will return to enjoy another stay with this friendly and efficient hotel
