The Tree

We had such a lovely one night stay at the Tree. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were only there of one night and the manager gave us a free upgrade to the Penthouse suite without us asking. This room is big, very clean, comfortable bed and a great balcony with sea view. Perfect location in the town for the old and new ports and for restaurants. Perfect place for a stay in lovely Skiathos,

The room is beautiful as are the amenities, however regardless of earplugs. It is the most crazy place to put a hotel. The noise level is completely unacceptable and there is no way I could consider staying there again regardless of cost. It is 3am before you can go to sleep

Small beds 2 star rating is due to bedding configuration. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa. Sofa was super small, barely twin when fully extended. We had two 12 year olds (not) sleeping in it. The hotel tried to find an alternate, but without success, thus forcing us to suffer whole night. Other than that, the apartment was nice, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is a bit loud due to the music from nearby club playing very loudly. Overall, if you have 2 people and do not mind some noise, this is a nice place. Do not book for a family.

Very nice small hotel with key location. Very cute hotel located right on the port on the far side just a bit away from all the major hustle & bustle. Like most hotels here, there are no elevators and the stairs can be bit much, though, in summer months if you re staying on the 3rd floor. But in general this is a great spot with helpful staff and lovely interior design.

It was the perfect place to start the holidays. Thank you Dimitri and Yanis and Ylda. I will be sure BACK … best ever.

We ( my husband, my 2.5 year old and myself) stayed at The Tree for one night, we have been staying on a neighbouring island and decided to travel to skiathos a day before our flight so we could all get a good night sleep and not travel early. We stayed in the superior suite the double bed mattress was new and comfortable and the apartment was clean except for the shower / bathroom which contained hair and an iffy smell. There was some marks on a couple of the pillows so we chose not to use those ones. The room itself is modern and nicely presented. You got free bottles of wine and water, shampoo etc. but I am glad I only stayed one night as we all got absolutely NO sleep at all The Gin bar below played incredibly loud music until 3-4am people were shouting, I don’t actually understand how anyone could hear anyone talk at the bar! then at 6am there was loud banging! While the hotel must be aware as they provide ear plugs, this is no use for a 2 year old, for this reason I would never stay here again. We are EXHAUSTED!
