Waking up to the sound of the waves and the incredible sea view from our balcony was unforgettable. The hotel is right by the beach, so we enjoyed swimming every morning. A beautiful place for ocean lovers.

Our kids had the best time at the water park and mini club. The entertainment team kept everyone smiling, and the buffet was always fresh and varied. Definitely a family-friendly gem by the sea.

Accueil déplorable ,le sourire était en option Nous avions une fuite importante dans notre salle de bains après chaque douche: le 1ère jour,le manager a pris de haut ma fille de 25 ans bilingue qui lui signale l'incident 1 jour on vient dans la journée 2 jour un spécialiste de baignoire doit passer 3 jour on vous propose que les femmes de ménage éponge tout les jours Ensuite ont nous signale que la baignoire jaccuzi à une erreur de conception 4 jours enfin changement de la chambre Et au bar de la terrasse, tu veux prendre un verre avant ou après ton repas du soir le barman est tout seul en pleine saison donc une énorme attente pour avoir un verre. La salle principale de restauration est une cantine améliorée. Que dire du mini club enfant, ma fille a récupéré son enfant de 4 ans à une veillée et elle l a retrouvé le nez sur un ordinateur. Dur, pour la coucher ensuite.

Our week at Rethymno Mare Hotel was simply wonderful! The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had beautiful sea views. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious Cretan and international dishes, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to Rethymno town. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and charm. We can’t wait to return!

Pas de salle de sport alors que sur le site booking est précisé salle de sport….. Pas digne d un 5 étoiles ! Mérités 3 étoiles. Pas de Clim . On est obligés d acheter de l’eau. Dans d autres hôtels 5 étoiles , des fontaines à eau étaient à disposition. Nourriture à revoir . Animations à améliorer

Hotel has seen it's best days, but it was still pretty nice. The food and services were good in the buffet by the relax pool. The other buffet was a loud hall and the food there was just okay. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful, they spoke very good English, except the entertainment group. All the entertainment was held in French and all the announcements were also in French until I asked them to also speak in English. After that, some of the announcements were also spoken in English, but all the entertainment was still only in French, so we didn't have any chance to partisipate in most of the daily program. The children loved the pools and the water park, and we adults appreciated the beautiful views from the big pool and the bars.

Notre chambre au Rethymno Mare Royal avait une vue spectaculaire sur le coucher du soleil. La décoration était moderne et chaleureuse. Le personnel a été très attentionné et nous a bien conseillé pendant notre séjour. La plage juste en face de l'hôtel était idéale pour se détendre. Très bon séjour !
