Hotel ligt tegen een bergwand aan en rustig gelegen. Is niet aan te raden voor oudere mensen of die slecht ter been zijn, het is veel trappen lopen en klimmen. Eten is prima en gevarieerd. Kamers zijn goed, alleen de badkamer douche en afvoerputje is toe aan een update toe. In badkamer hangt een nare rioollucht. Bushalte is voor het hotel, auto huren is een aanrader.

First of all not a 5 star , 3 at best , rooms dirty , not well maintained.we had a 2 bedroom family suit !! It was 1 room with a glass divider down the middle, and definitely not a suite, it’s so they can charge you €70 as soon as you turned up.Entertainment from animation team only in French not interested in any other language, and what I could tell worst animation team I’ve ever seen , 3 bars with only one bar staff who are very slow , always a long queue, Food same rubbish each night most of it was lukewarm at best , nothing like the pictures , In all a miss sold holiday for loveholidays . And a hotel that’s over charging for something they can’t deliver, but happy to take your money with nothing in return. To be honest the only positive about this hotel is the air conditioner in your room ( because the main hotel air con is off) was really good , and the 2 gentlemen that show to your table at meal time were brilliant, shame that’s it !!! Save your money and go somewhere else

Grand complexe avec plusieurs piscines et toboggan cool pour les enfants mais pas assez de personnels à mon goût pour pouvoir servir tout le monde du coup on attend trop pour consommer un verre ou deux le restaurant mieux vaut y aller de bonne heure sinon on attend dans le couloir nourriture vraiment moyen seules les crudités sont fraîches la plage pas belle du tout , sale et tout est en pente donc pas pratique dommage hotel mal situé le personnel est tout de même très gentil Petit conseil éviter les excursions proposées par tui beaucoup De trajet pour pas grand chose c est mieux de prendre un taxi pour aller sur rethymno et faire les trucs de La bas

Nul , si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile J’aurais fait . Aucune sécurité, mes enfants se sont blessés ma fille est tombée à travers les filtres de la piscine, mon fils il s’est blessé au toboggan alors que la personne qui est toute au-dessus avec une trousse de secours Secours A même pas voulu donner des pansements car il a dit que c’était impossible qu’il s’est blessé blessé blessé là-bas . Les chambres sont dégueulasses pas comme dans les photos il y a de la moisissure partout. Les salles de bain ils sont pourris . La nourriture nourriture nourriture est dégueulasse, La vaisselle est toujours sale, Aucune propreté mes enfants n’ont rien rien mangé là-bas . On a dû louper une voiture et tous les jours aller manger au restaurant ailleurs . J’ai fait une plainte je teste achat . Car aucune famille doit avoir ce que nous on a eu

Plutôt du 3 étoiles que 4 … Moi qui est l’habitude de voyage cette hôtel ne vaut pas sont prix les photos des chambre sont mégas retouchées, je suis encore dans l’hôtel que j’ai déjà envie de partir… à par le personnelle de la restauration et les animateurs qui releve le niveau de l’établissement.. Tout le reste , très bof .. avec l’argent que j’ai mis j’aurais préféré me faire d’autres vacances

La note sera modifiée pendant le séjour. Néanmoins une chose m’interpelle : Un panneau (en photo), stipule que l’on ne peut commander qu’un verre par personne. Ce qui veut dire que l’on ne peut prendre un verre pour qqun d’autre. Ce qui peut tout à fait se comprendre. Comment fait une personne a mobilité réduite pour boire ? Une personne qui ne peut faire la queue… comment fait elle pour commander ? Drôle de politique non ?

Bad place to be on vacation, poor quality and repeated food, very bad low quality alcohol, dirty rooms and poor hygiene, I do not recommend it, there are better places in Crete paying less and with better quality of drinks and food

Very nice beach. Plenty of beautiful cabanas. You can order food which was yummy but the drinks were not. Overpriced and some of our drinks tasted like no alcohol was in them; we had to tell the waiter and he was very nice about it. The music is way too loud. I’m not sure I would consider this place good for very young kids. We brought our 3 year old with us. The water in the pool looked unclean at times. It’s a big place and was very crowded when we were there.
