Mon expérience dans ce camp a été très décevante. Le service était médiocre et n'a pas du tout répondu à nos attentes. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant tout notre séjour, ce qui est inacceptable, surtout avec deux enfants en bas âge. Les piscines privées, censées être chaudes et situées juste devant les chambres, étaient sales et froides. De plus, le petit déjeuner laissait à désirer et la propreté générale de l'établissement était insuffisante. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. À noter : si vous visitez Siwa avec des enfants, pensez à emporter des répulsifs contre les insectes.

Very quiet place, excellent service at all levels, delicious food and drinks throughout the day, most of the food there is organic. Pets are allowed, the weather there was beautiful and we watched the sunset on Mount Dakrour while we were at the resort.
