1. Hotel was clean 2.People booked through online are not treated equally as compared to those who did direct booking 3.We had updated primary guest via customer care which was not updated as per hotel records 4.No courtesy to allow 1 hour of late check out citing we had booked online 5.Nobody attended call when contacted through the number registered 6.Highly differentiative treatment if booked online, was made to wait long for room allotment
