Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel a pochi minuti dalla cabinovia Alpe di Siusi. L’unico elemento critico é la reception. Al nostro arrivo e per tutta la durata del soggiorno abbiamo trovato una reception “fredda”. Non ci sono state date informazioni su hotel, orari pasti/spa e attività extra. Peccato perché si intravede l’impegno e la dedizione che ci mettono i proprietari. Per il resto - camere: spaziose e pulite; acqua sempre presente in camera; ciabatte, accappatoio.. - spa: ottimo relax, piscina riscaldata interna ed esterna. Saune e bagno turco. Tutto sempre pulito ed in ordine. - ristorante e bar: IL TOP! Non abbiamo mai mangiato cosi bene in un hotel; cura in ogni piatto, nulla lasciato al caso. Una pensione 3/4 con i fiocchi! E.. grazie per l’attenzione all’intolleranza al lattosio (per nulla scontato) - posizione: a 3/4 min dall’impianto di risalita alpe di siusi. Ottima insonorizzazione - parcheggio: coperto Bella l’iniziativa dell’aperitivo della domenica. Trasmettete calore e dedizione per il lavoro. A presto.. Sperando in una reception piu sorridente!

Great hotel! We stayed there for a few days in the first week of January. The rooms are modern and clean. The service staff is very friendly and incredibly attentive. Except for one waiter at the bar who apparently didn't like us and just left when we came so that another colleague had to serve us. But that wasn't a problem for us. The food is at the top end, perhaps the desire to make it fancy is even higher. Otherwise a great hotel, with a great wellness area and a view of the mountain and the gondola.

Sono stata ospite in questa struttura con mio marito e un’altra coppia di amici. Che dire? Tutto perfetto! Valuto questa esperienza straordinaria in un contesto di assoluto relax con camere molto confortevoli, ben attrezzate, pulitissime con riscaldamento a pavimento. La spa di ottimo livello e molto curata. L’hotel e’ davvero bello, pulito e confortevole. La soluzione 3/4 tutto incluso e’ davvero sensazionale! Ma soprattutto e’ davvero cosi! C’e’ la possibilità di ordinare anche altre tipologie di pietanze, di vini e di bibite, oltre quelle previste dal loro menu’, sempre incluse. Dettaglio importante: la qualità delle materie prime e’ eccellente! Voto 10 + allo chef! Infine Ravi, Cristian e Luciano davvero cortesi, professionali e simpatici! Ultima considerazione, ma non di importanza, la posizione! Struttura a due passi dal centro di Siusi e a 15 min in macchina da Ortisei per chi vuole godersi non solo lo sport, ma soprattutto a 3 minuti a piedi dalla cabinovia che in 20 minuti porta sulle piste! Complimenti a Lea e Simon! Sempre presenti e disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problematica! Torneremo sicuramente!

Sono stato in questa struttura il week end scorso con tre amici. L’hotel appare molto più bello sul sito che purtroppo nella realtà, ben diversa. Avevo prenotato una camera per 4 adulti e ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza con un letto a castello (dimensioni da bimbi). Dopo avere sentito in reception ci hanno dato una ulteriore camera. La zona terme è carina anche se la temperatura esterna della piscina era fredda all’esterno. Cena sufficiente: non ci è stato dato modo di scegliere il vino (incluso quella della casa) e soprattutto porzioni da bambini (pasta circa 15/20 grammi stando abbondanti). Non tornerò mai più e qualità - prezzo ZERO.

Amazing, relaxing hotel
Great relaxing time during our 4 night stay. All inclusive is good value given the excellent quality of the food. Be aware that only gin was included (so we were told) so other spirits are paid for, which is strange (and not all inclusive). Lovely outlook over the mountains, spa area also top quality, although sauna should be on all day, they only turn it on in the afternoon.

O Sensoria Dolomites é um sonho de hotel. A localização excelente (aos pés do Cable Car que leva até o Alpe de Siusi) e o hotel todo é maravilhoso. O sistema All Inclusive funciona perfeitamente com comidas variadas ao longo dos dias. Todas as refeições são bem servidas e deliciosas mas o café da tarde pra nós foi a melhor refeição, um verdadeiro banquete. Ficamos num quarto incrível com banheira na sacada e vista para as montanhas, inesquecível. Toda a equipe foi incrível e atenciosa. Estadia perfeita, nada a reclamar!

Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Perfetti in ogni aspetto:struttura, servizi, pulizia, accoglienza, ristorazione, professionalità dei titolari e di tutto lo staff. Il prezzo rispecchia la proposta e i servizi all inclusive offerti. Se potessi mettere una stella in più la metterei per il fatto che accolgono anche i cani, e preciso accolgono non solo accettano. Pur essendo esclusi gli animali dalla zona benessere e ristorante hanno creato dei compromessi che rendono la vacanza tale anche per loro.
