Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

Christmas Day Mother with 2 children 16 and 19 years old. Upon arrival we were told that the pool is only for naked swimming and that this was only possible from a certain age. So keep this in mind to avoid disappointment because it is not explicitly stated on the booking site.
The family room was terribly dirty😵 I took pictures of it and showed them and asked for another room to make a long story short... 1st answer was not possible, no more rooms available
When we asked to be transferred to another Fletcher hotel because this was really possible, a miracle happened...
Suddenly there were not 1 but 2 double rooms available🤔 breakfast was fine, just pay attention to the glasses and cups, there were also a few that were not really clean.

Het begon gelijk bij de ontvangst van de receptie. De receptionist vindt zijn baan volgens mij niet leuk. De bedden, VRESELIJK. Je zakt er helemaal doorheen. Je raakt nog net niet de grond Enige positieve waren de douche en een aardige serveerster. Wees gewaarschuwd!!

Wow..het slechtste Fletcher hotel ever! Werkelijk bijna alles was slecht! Ze zijn te beroerd om een fatsoenlijke receptie te hebben..hetl cheap in de bar..alle bordjes wijzen nog naar de eerste verdieping..ga je voor niks heen lwn weer met de lift.. We hadden gereserveerd voor de bowling.. Bowling dicht en we werden afgestuurd door 2 stagiaires..hun dienst zat erop en zoek het uit! Wow..gelukkig wel een oudere same die wist hoe je met gaten om moet vaan heeft in haar digfn tijd alles opgelost.. Een half uur later san gepland konden we toch nog bowlen.. Kluis op de kamer deed het niet..geen zoetjes en een heel slap matras..eerste x in een Fletcher.. De welness sloeg alles..verplicht slippers! ..ga al 40 jaar naar allerhande sauna's..nog nooit van gehoord! Voor 8.50 per paar moet je verplicht hele armoedige slippers kopen die in inkoopnog geen 30 cent kosten! En weer bijzonder ongeïnteresseerd personeel.. Wat een slechte ervaring..er deugt niets van en.ook de klantenservice van Fletcher interesseert het allemaal niet.

Voor 30,00 p/n incl ontbijt moet je eigenlijk niet zeuren. Maar....het traagschuim van de bedden was al gevormd en dus aan vervanging toe. Personeel straalde geen "zin in het werk" uit. Geen vrolijke horeca uitstraling. Ontbijtbuffet werd pas aangevuld als de bak leeg was. Wel prima verder. Kamer wel netjes, al mag er wel eens een flinke borstel door het toilet. De electronische muziek die (in alle Fletchers, dus ook hier) gedraaid wordt in de eetzaal is om gek van te worden. Wij zijn vaste Fletcherbezoekers. Ik snap dat deze vage jengelende lounge"muziek" wordt gedraaid om BumaStemra afdracht te omzeilen, maar het is niet om aan te horen en zeker niet sfeerverhogend. Dat is echt een verbeterpunt voor alle Fletchers.
