Pros: Clean, comfortable beds & pillows, white towels quite thick for a budget hotel, strong water pressure, reliable hot water, quiet surrounding, has a good drinking water machine where we can refill our tumblers. Has a clothes line in the bathroom. Room door uses sensor key. Can control room air cond temperature. Cons: When someone in the next room showers, the noise of the water is very loud. Shower area not separated from toilet area so the floor gets wet but luckily the bathroom is large so there is still a small area that does not get wet. No lift. Only street parking where you have to pay. Security not good enough. Anyone can enter & go up to the rooms. The receptionist won't know unless they stand up as they sit behind a high counter.

Hotel grade with budget price. Equipped with rain shower, elevator and complimentary parking. Room hv a strong cigarettes smell though there is no smoking sign. Located within residential area and need few mins drive from everywhere.

Booked the hotel for a short business stay. Got a good price and this hotel comes with elevator. Room was good and specious. Basic things are available in the room. The staff was friendly and free parking was given. One thing they should improve is the smoke smell in the walkways and the room has some weird smell which they can add some air fresheners.

I'd booked for this hotel via online in trip.com apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in. The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.

Great value budget hotel. Just ask for a cup with a stem to make it easier to drink hot water. The room is clean and there is enough space to put things.

What kind of bike do you want at this price? It's a domestic guest house, very old. The pillows and quilts are old and torn. The hygiene is okay. But I may not stay here again next time

You have to first be aware this is a budget hotel and the price is cheap. So you have to adjust your expectations accordingly. They only had 7 Astro channels. Toilet door was creaking and floor gets wet too easily. No fridge or writing table. There were a few ants and toilet window latch was broken. They did give us free cup noodles and there's ample parking. Most importantly, the place was clean. Recommended if you want a cheap no-frills hotel and am not looking for a luxury hotel.

Interesting location, close to kedai2. Want to go eco walk je. I took fmly suites, there is a bathtub that is fun for children to soak. Cleanliness is all ok. Only the bathroom is leaking if you want to take a bathtub, you have to throw it a little, if you throw it all, you will overflow in the room. So far other services are all the best.

Helping a colleague to book a trip, has been counted as multiple stays, the price is affordable, relatively clean and hygienic, short-term accommodation is still very recommended. . . . . . .
