The toilet was not cleaned before the guest entered. The evidence is as in the attached picture. The toilet floor was wet and there was soap that was not thrown away (I forgot to take a picture). The lock and latch were also broken. Although it is a budget hotel, cleanliness is important. Budget in terms of amenities is not the level of cleanliness. Please improve if you want the hotel to sustain for a long time. The morning male receptionist and the Malay female receptionist are good at helping but it feels like it is the responsibility of the mgt to monitor.

Booked 2 rooms. The first room was too dusty (like after renovation), the toilet was the same. There was only 1 towel. The aircon was slow to cool, but it was set to 19. I went down to the receptionist (a Malay man) and told him everything. ************* he was very helpful. In terms of language, he was also very good. The word sorry was always said. So there was no issue. However, the management needs to acknowledge that the newly renovated room needs to be cleaned before guests check in.
Room no. 2, everything is ok, except the window in the toilet is only darkened. So if you want to take a shower at night, you don't dare to worry about people outside seeing your shadow. Maybe you can install blinds.
