Super 8 by Wyndham Sisseton

Was in Sisseton on business and stayed 2 nights. Decent hotel off I 29. Clean well equipped room with a good price point. Pool was not open. Staff helpful and accommodating. Good place to stay if just passing thru or for a visit to Sisseton.places to eat nearby as well as two supermarkets.

Sub-$90 room was a good deal. This is not Hilton but was exactly as promised and much better than others have reviewed (I suspect fake reviewers). Bed was clean, made neatly. Shower was hot, soaps laid out, toilet clean, everything stocked. Breakfast was continental plus waffles — exactly as advertised. Would stay again. (Now for those fake reviewers and for those who think they deserve a $200 experience for sub-90….get a grip. This hotel and its management are doing a great job.

I was very leery of staying after reading the reviews but I had a great experience. It was clean, comfortable bed. I don't book a hotel based on the breakfast but evidently other folks do. I will say $115 for Sisseton SD is a bit much but I booked it through Wyndham and got points.

Jankyest chain motel I've ever been. My socks are filthy just walking around the room. Pool has been "under construction " for years according to a local friend. Lucky to have a bed in a snowstorm, but not a good choice under normal circumstances.

Couldnt do late checkout because her houskeeper had to leave, yet found a shoe size 8 and a frenchfry and things were not cleaned under, and there were only 5 people who stayed that night, Paid $119 for no pool, no waffles yet theres a sign on the wall, understand construction but why couldnt the owner get off her butt instead of talking on the phone in the entry way to clean out 1/5 rooms for a late checkout? I have a baby remind you, he was sleeping and now we have to wait in a cold car in the midst of winter until my family membets appointment is done. I would recommend anywhere cheaper, because this place is not worth $120 for poor service.

When the interstate closed for 3 days, I had no choice but to stay there. The entire town was closed down and the staff would not do anything. If a question was asked, they would yell. They tried to kick me out 15 mins after checkout time because they lost my *********** reservation.
