Impeccable! The design of the hotel is very modern and fashionable. The staff are very kind and smiling. They took us to the gate and explained the location of the parking lot (the parking space at the entrance of the hotel is charged, 20 euros per night. I must give all praises. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The health service facilities are very good, and it is next to shopping malls and supermarkets, which is very convenient. Breakfast was also great.

It was the best accommodation I've been to in Europe. It's very clean, the staff are so friendly, and it's just the best. If I come to Ljubljana again, I'll definitely stay here. Even though it was the cheapest semi-basement floor, it was so clean and nice that I was happy while staying here..

It was a beautiful hotel with modern facilities. The amenities were great, the room was spacious and the food was delicious. Most importantly, the staff were attentive, professional and friendly.

What used to be a dormitory for workers as I was told, they owners refurbished this hotel splendidly to a niche and quaint hotel. Our rooms has a fully decked out kitchenette and utensils. A separate bedroom from the living area. Staff there are helpful and friendly. Tia from the reception was a gem. Had an issue with the room and upon calling reception, she was at the room in 2 minutes to sort things out. How's that for a response. A little of a distance to town though, but transports options a plenty.

Amazing hotel. Great rooms and great staff. If travelling in a group like a coach trip the standard food is not that good. If choosing from menu its better. Its not in the town but the city is easily accessible and worth staying here if you don't mind the travel into city

The hotel is NOT in city centre, but if location is not a priority, it is a truly fun place to stay. Staff are terrific!! Friendly and efficient. Enjoyed excellent breakfast and buffet dinners. Has a fun, funky vibe which is reflected through out the hotel. Has numerous sitting areas throughout. Rooms are generously sized with excellent bathroom amenities. Appears to be recently renovated. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
