Un 3 stelle superiore a tanti 4 stelle che si trovano in giro. Accoglienza famigliare, pulizia super, non parliamo della location, direttamente affacciata sulle pale di San Martino. Vicinissimo alle piste in inverno e ai tanti sentiti per l’estate. Viaggio con famiglia con un bimbo di 5 anni e uno di 2 mesi e mezzo, è stata la prima volta ma sicuramente torneremo!! Super consigliato!!

Non so da dove partire per ringraziare l’esperienza che ho avuto soggiornando presso l’hotel plank. Personale gentilissimo sin dall’accoglienza, Noemi e Tommaso sono dei gestori eccezionali, mi sono sentita da subito a casa, sono andati ben oltre i servizi offerti dall’hotel per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo prenotato in mezza pensione, menù diverso ogni sera con opzioni vegetariane in ogni portata, il cibo era eccezionale; location fantastica e personale molto attento alla pulizia. Nient’altro da aggiungere, se non che ritorneremo a soggiornare da voi!

Tutto perfetto personale sorridente gentile ed accogliente siamo stati veramente bene. Già dall' accoglienza si capiva la gentilezza , abbiamo cenato e i piatti erano buoni e potevi avere sempre possibilità di scelta un ambiente famigliare.

Soggiorno stupendo! Posizione ottima nella meravigliosa San Martino di Castrozza. Risveglio con caffè e Pale di San Martino innevate. Struttura accogliente e personale molto gentile! Ringrazio la simpaticissima Noemi per la dolce accoglienza ed i preziosi consigli!

Hotel a pochissimi passi dal centro, molto pulito, camere ben fatte, personale sempre disponibile e gentile, immerso nel verde, con accanto il laghetto Plank , giochi per bimbi e di fronte un centro sportivo con un bellisimo prato. Il cibo è ottimo e le funivie sono a pochi metri dall'albergo. Consigliato.

Appena tornata da una settimana ospite di questa struttura, basti dire che abbiamo deciso di prolungare il soggiorno di un giorno (causa lavoro solo un giorno altrimenti sarebbero stati di più). Posizione comoda in solo 5 minuti a piedi si è al centro del paese e si ha una vista incedibile sulle cime di San Martino. Pulizia impeccabile, staff cordiale, simpatico e super attento ad ogni esigenza. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!
