We stayed 3 nights. Location was perfect, there is a ski bus outside of the hotel. Great spa facility as well. Breakfast could have been better but we had a pleasant stay overall.

Hotel MERAVIGLIOSO! Altro che 3 stelle è un hotel a 4 stelle! Personale educato e molto disponibile, pulizia della camera eccellente, ma il punto di forza è l’IMMENSA SPA con 1 piscina esterna (con idro massaggio) vista Pale di S.Martino, 2 saune esterne e dentro 2 piscina con idro massaggio e altre saune, bah che dire io sono rimasta meravigliata! Ci ritornerò sicuramente!!! Super super consigliato

SOGGIORNO PERFETTO
Tutto eccezionale dalla colazione alla camera e soprattutto il centro benessere tra i migliori visti fin'ora anche paragonato a diversi hotel 5 stelle.
Unica nota negativa da segnalare la puzza di scarico nel bagno in camera.

L'Hotel è bello,camera pulita,buona colazione,spa bella da vedere ma secondo me un po' fredda,anche le botti fuori,ho provato il ristorante e non lo consiglio,ho preso un piatto tipico e il formaggio alla piastra era freddo e la piastra l'ha vista di sfuggita,ho chiesto come mai e mi hanno risposto che loro usano così. Peccato che ho visto lo stesso piatto dai vicini e così non era,sono anni che frequento la zona e mai mi hanno servito un formaggio così,per cui mi sono sentita pure presa in giro.

Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent.
We thought this hotel was great value.
Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea ******* we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian.
We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store!
Nevertheless we would definitely stay again.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel 2 anni fa e siccome ci era rimasto un buon ricordo ci siamo voluti ritornare, che dire , abbiamo avuto conferma che effettivamente ne valeva la pena. Tutto perfetto, personale molto gentile , in particolare la signora Michela già in fase di prenotazione è stata molto professionale e disponibile, camera spaziosissima pulita luminosa e con una vista spettacolare sulle cime . SPA perfetta , colazione con tanta scelta e ristorante ottimo, non abbiamo altro da aggiungere se non confermare che effettivamente è stato bello aver passato il nostro anniversario in questo hotel . Ci ritorneremo ancora sicuramente!
