Very comfortable room, new and clean facilities. The breakfast style is many and tastes good. In addition, there are many attractions nearby, such as Sirmione, it is worth a visit.

Very good location

Location is great just beside the bus stop into centro storico. Pool area was fab , clean plenty of sun loungers, lovely and quiet just blissful. Beds extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing ( Fruits, jus, coffee, yogurts, different type of eggs and italian bakery etc) Will definitely book this hotel again !

This hotel is the best one of the seven hotels I have to change in this European trip. Whether it is small details or intimate service to guests, it is far more than other four-star hotels I have stayed in before. When I checked in, because the time was too early and the room had not been cleaned, the hotel counter staff took me to the dining room and entertained me with a cup of hot tea and my own baked biscuits. Looking at the sea view outside the window, drinking hot tea is great! When I checked in, the hotel staff told me that the flowers on the table were for me, and when I checked out, I also prepared a small cake cookie that I baked for me to take away. Because I needed to check out very early the next day, I told the counter staff about this situation, and he also tried to help me arrange the breakfast that originally started at 7:30 in the morning, so that I could enjoy it at 7 o'clock. I was really touched! The restaurant staff was very polite to introduce every food, pie and cake were also baked at home. This hotel is really great, it is recommended to live if you have the opportunity! This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

The room was crowded and the heating was not good. Breakfast is quite rich
