This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. From the small details to the thoughtful service, it surpasses all the other four-star hotels I've stayed at.
When I checked in, it was too early, and my room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff kindly took me to the dining area and offered me a cup of hot tea and some homemade cookies. Enjoying the sea view while sipping my tea was truly wonderful!
During check-in, the hotel staff mentioned that the small flower on the table was a gift for me, and at checkout, they prepared a homemade cookie cake for me to take with me.
Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

This is probably the hotel with the best service I have ever experienced. Although it is actually very cheap. When we checked in, they took us to the door of the room. We took the elevator and the waiter took the stairs to wait for us at the door. I was really flattered. I didn’t get such service when I stayed in a hotel in London that cost 5,000 a night. The island is very beautiful. I will come here again and stay here if I have the chance. The breakfast was delicious. When I left, they also gave me a small snack with a beautiful package.

Hotel Marconi is an incredible hotel. The location is second to none- 5 mins walk to both the Terme and all the restaurants, bars and the castle. however, the thing that stands out is the wonderful family that run the hotel. The service is literally exceptional, the food incredible (both breakfast and we would so recommend having dinner there!) and the terrace looking onto the lake so beautiful. we could not recommend the hotel more highly. The family are so thoughtful and made the whole experience so special, relaxing and an absolute joy to experience. thank you so much to the family :) the rooms are lovely and clean and the interior design so thoughtful and cosy. The hotel also accepts dogs which is cool. They are just the best hoteliers we have ever had the fortunate to experience. I wish we could come back every weekend! We also had the best dinner there- the food was exceptional and so so much better than any touristy place!!
