O Hotel é muito bom. Confortável e tranquilo. A única questão que vimos como um pequeno problema é o fato de não haver a possibilidade de pedir alimentação (pizza) para comer no quarto.

Excellent room with sufficient storage for a week’s stay and a lovey balcony with view of the lake. The leisure facilities are outstanding, the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful and the location is quiet but easily accessible from the town centre on foot.

Hotel clean and spacious. Benefits from a lovely situation. Pools excellent and very clean. Evening meals good with variety and well prepared. Woke to birdsong each day (as well as hearing delivery trucks to kitchen!). Staff greeted guests when arriving and leaving hotel and were helpful. Owner gave excellent welcome. Waiters varied in friendliness and level of service. Cleaning staff excellent. The marble staircase is beautiful but sound travels up rather too efficiently to the first floor! Room was a good size - however, room lacked any amenities - not even tissues provided and the only items provided (shampoo and liquid soap) not excellent quality. No bottles of water or kettle. Just two plastic chairs and small table on balcony. Only one desk chair in room, no comfy place to sit. Room very minimalist with little character. Would expect more provision within rooms for a 4 star. Room didn't feel like home despite staying a week, a bit soulless. Would benefit from more generous provision and some local pictures on walls

Hotel in una posizione invidiabile, nel pieno centro di Sirmione. Cura del dettaglio maniacale, lo si nota fin dal bellissimo ingresso. Camera ampia e luminosa con vista sul lago molto rilassante, personale molto gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad accoglierti con il sorriso. Colazione molto ricca e inappagabile la vista lago della sala con, come sottofondo, un pianista che, suonando dal vivo, ha colorato la nostra colazione facendoci commuovere. Area piscine favolosa, c’è una piscina a 38 gradi molto rilassante e un’altra a temperatura ambiente, entrambe con postazioni idromassaggio. C’è la possibilità di stendersi sui lettini a bordo lago e posso dire che è un’esperienza da provare: il relax culmina alle stelle. Giardino e aiuole a bordo vasca sono molto ben tenuti. Area SPA molto pulita e ben curata. Ci hanno anche dato la possibilità di potere affittare delle biciclette in struttura gratuitamente! Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Super posto! Staff molto gentile, Spa fantastico!... Colazione perfetta, è molto vicino al centro istorico, la ragazza che fa i massaggi è bravissima!...posto ideale per rilassarsi. Altamente raccomandato!... Torneremo sicuramente
