房間除了小點沒有別的問題，有點不像四星級酒店。酒店所有工作人員服務態度超級好，是我們出遊半個多月以來最好的。比五星級的布達佩斯Anantara New York Palace 還友好。酒店的風景超級漂亮，有自己的湖邊沙灘和長Jetty。走路十分鐘左右就可以到老城中心的水上城堡。

Courteous staff, clean rooms, incredible Spa, not too far from town. Beautiful view if you pick a Lakeview. With highly recommend and we would stay there again period

Per il secondo anno consecutivo siamo tornate qui, dove lo scorso anno ci hanno e ci siamo coccolate. Con nostro stupore il maitre Gerardo, nonostante sia passato così tanto tempo, ci ha riconosciute e accolte come una persona fa quando rivede gli amici dopo molto tempo. Ogni persona impiegata in questo hotel, che sia dalle cameriere al piano passando ogni ruolo, fino ad arrivare alla direttrice, è stata super professionale e super preparata, e pronta ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Inoltre il barman Marco ci ha deliziato con i suoi meravigliosi cocktail arrivando ad accettare la sfida di crearne uno nuovo, mai provato, azzeccando gusto e gradazione alcolica perfetti. Le stanze sono pulitissime e molto accoglienti. La Spa offre 3 tipi diversi di sauna che sciolgono i nodi nervosi accumulati nell'anno, abbinando poi alla meraviglia stanza del sale e all"idromasaggio, si rischia di perdere la cognizione del tempo sfiorando perfino la possibilità di fermarlo. Peccato poter dare solo 5 stelle, per noi questo hotel ne vale molte di più.

L'établissement est parfaitement placé à quelques minutes à pieds de la ville historique de Sirmione, parking extérieur gratuit, l’hôtel est très propre. Le petit-déjeuner n'a rien d'exceptionnel, on fait la queue à la machine à café automatique, le salé est parfait, mais mon épouse est tombé sur des céréales qui ont mal vieilli ! Le spa est exceptionnel, hammam sauna 2 jacuzzis, mais la pétite c'est la piscine d'eau thermale sulfureuse chaude extérieure !! Vue la météo du séjour, ça a sauvé les fins d'après-midi. Les cocktails sont bons à prix corrects. La déception c'est la soit-disant chambre vue lac, qui ne l'est pas du tout, on voit un bout de lac derrière les maisons sur le balcon, c'est abusé, et la chambre est assez petite. Je m'attendais à une chambre sur le devant de l'hôtel face à la plage et au lac, je me suis contenté d'une vue parking et route. Aussi le prix de la recharge électrique est à 40€, c'est un peu excessif quand même !

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in. We had been travelling through Italy for a few weeks, and were lucky enough to have booked 5 nights here. Not only a beautiful location, with first class facilities, the staff are amazing. We were treated like VIP’s every day - thanks to everyone, but in particular Gerardo, Mikhaila, Alessia and Francesca. If you have the opportunity to stay here you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic stay in Lake Garda. Recommend this hotel. Could do with a restaurant in house but breakfast first class. Position overlooking the Lake beautiful. Easy walk into Sirmione. Boutique style hotel and rooms, nice and peaceful and clean

Beautiful setting and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The view is stunning and we were lucky to stay in a lake view room. The food was gorgeous and there’s a great selection for breakfast. Myself and my husband had a lovely massage in the spa also. The town of Sirimone is really special and it’s very unique with the castle. It’s absolutely spotless and there’s a lot of effort put in keeping the town tidy and presentable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back in the future for a longer period.
