The hospitality was awesome. Great experience. The stay, the services, the food, specially the live singing, the bonfire, backyard area was eye-catching. A lovely place for all ages. I booked with two meals (lunch+dinner) and paid the price but hotel did not provided buffet dinner and when i tried to order they were taking so much time. Do not book this hotel at all as they do not provide dinner meals and there is no restaurant nearby this property also pathetic service bad staff behaviour and they do not refunded against dinner not provided

Good service good location nice room nice view all staff is very cooperative front office department is also very sweet we love the food also we will degi at one here again Mr rupender F&b manager is also very humble an d cooperative we will come again here thank u miss Rajveer and Mr Abhishek for lovely welcome and exit 😅😅😅

Good property, good staff, good ambience. The best part being it was bang on highway and on lake which makes it a deadly combo. They celebrated my birthday very well. The ducks were very chirpy. The food is very good and in particular the Indian food preparation was very good.

Good property, cozy rooms , friendly staff and crazy good .. make your trip attest for 2 days and explore the surround . Walk surround the lake is experience . You can enjoy all your meals by sitting next to lake . All rooms are lake view rooms . They have indoor pool and playing area for kids .

The rooms were well cleaned and the staff was super nice and accommodating. The receptionist rajveer was one of the best staff they have. Very cooperative n well spoken..we enjoyed the stay The lake view of the hotel n room was perfect .. it was a great experience staying in jay clarks exotica..
