Mini appartamento nel cuore di Ortigia, incantevole, armonioso, con arredamento studiato in ogni dettaglio! Personale disponibile e molto attento come la simpatica Sig.ra Martina, professionale e gentilissima!!! Consigliatissimo!!!!!!!

E' situato proprio alle spalle del tempio di Apollo, a due passi dal mercato, nel cuore di Ortigia, In un bel palazzo antico recentemente restaurato. Le camere conservano tracce del passato nei muri e nelle scale e nelle belle travi dei soffitti. Camere ampie, pulite e arredate con gusto. Comodi materassi e bella biancheria. Accoglienza impeccabile e personale pronto ad intervenire al bisogno (non riuscivamo a spegnere il televisore!) Un piccolo ma ben organizzato bar offre prima colazione a buffet e piccoli snack. Siamo tornati per la seconda volta, e penso che ripeteremo l'esperienza.

We booked the Ortigia Boutique Apartment in December for 3 nights. The conditions of the apartment were unfortunately very disappointing. There was mold in various rooms, almost a living art installation, and rust in various places, which definitely requires renovation. Even the cutlery was not clean and we were never able to eat in the apartment because the hygienic conditions did not allow it. As if that wasn't enough, after arrival we were asked to pay 100 euros for the cot provided. This after paying 400 euros per night for an apartment in truly desolate conditions, which forced us to spend as much time as possible outside the apartment. Only after sending photos of the condition of the apartment to the reception, the lady recognized the situation and the additional 100 euros was waived. We were also offered to send a cleanup team. We refused, because it wasn't just a hygiene issue, as the mold and rust haven't been there since yesterday and require a basic renovation. Since in our opinion the price of 400 euros per night was too high given the situation we requested a refund, which was refused. The only positive thing is the location, a few minutes from Ortigia, and the beautiful sunny terrace. I would also like to point out that both Nico, in charge of check-in, and Marta at the reception were always very friendly. In summary, I would still recommend this apartment only after a proper renovation.
