This is by far the most outrageous hotel I've ever stayed in—no exceptions. Anyone who comes here will regret it so much that they'll want to flee the city overnight! First, the hygiene is beyond what any human can imagine. As soon as I opened the door, a musty, rotten smell hit me. The bed sheets had unknown stains and several long hairs. The bathroom glass was covered in yellow grime, and the toilet seat was sticky as if it had never been wiped. The most disgusting part? I felt around under the pillow and found half a hard, dried-up biscuit—probably a "legacy" left by previous guests. Second, the facilities are worse than underpass shelter. The air conditioner blew hot air after being on for half an hour, and the remote control was just an empty shell with all the buttons fallen off. Half the TV screen was black, and after scanning through all channels, there were only two with nothing but snow. It took 20 minutes for hot water to come out, and the temperature fluctuated wildly—halfway through the shower, it suddenly turned icy cold, making me shiver. The door lock was broken; I tried closing it three times, but it wouldn't lock. I was worried all night that someone might break in, so I didn't dare close my eyes the entire night. The service is so absurd it's laughable. The hotel's location was wrong in the first place. I used Google Maps to find it, but ended up at another hotel. It took nearly two hours to finally locate it, but no one answered the door. I called the phone number provided by the platform, and the person on the other end said we'd missed the check-in time and they couldn't come back to assist, telling us to find another place to stay on our own. It was already close to 9 PM, and they refused to refund the hotel fee. So this hotel only cares about taking money and doesn't give a damn about the guests' well-being? The price is also ridiculously high. Spending this much money to stay in a pigsty would be better than this! Let me warn you: even sleeping on the street is better than coming here. Anyone who comes is a fool. I'll never set foot here again, and I hope this hotel shuts down soon so it stops scamming people!

Good location - easy to walk to Ortigia but in a local area with coffee, supermarket etc. owner was friendly and helpful. We really liked this place, thanks!
