Idealement situé dans la vieille ville, hotel accueillant, tres confortable et avec un personnel attentionné. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Certainement l'un des meilleurs endroits pour séjourner à Syracuse.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights in mid-May 2025. We loved this historic and fascinating B&B within a current convent (yes, we saw the nuns!). Comfortable 2nd floor room that opened onto a quiet, shared, shaded terrace. There’s also a ln upper terrace with seattle & sea views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: wifi was very unreliable. We parked our rental car at the Talete garage about 10 minutes walk, for €15 per 24 hrs. Overall, this was a great location for us in Ortigia.

Abbiamo usufruito dei soli servizi del centro benssere. Gentilissimi all'accoglienza ma purtroppo con dispiacere ci ritroviamo in un ambiente molto freddo e poco accogliente. L'area con piscina e idromassaggio si trova in una zona non riscaldata e non isolata dal corridoio e dalla porta d'ingresso per cui appena usciti dall'acqua si percepisce un freddo insopportabile. Per non parlare del fatto che per raggiungere l'altra zona relax bisogna attraversare un corridoio esterno (a corpo bagnato)nel quale abbiamo potuto provare il solo bagno turco perchè il resto dei servizi, a causa della bassissima temperatura percepita, non era sostenibile. Peccato....poteva andare meglio!

The first room we checked into had ants. The replacement room did not have the view I paid additionally for Amenities sated included valet parking and an indoor pool. That was false, parking was self-service in a lot about 10 blocks away. Also state there was an indoor pool but failed to state the pool was part of a spa package for which a reservation and fee were required. I would have expected more honesty.

Good Location but Tired
Location was great but there is no parking. There is a parking lot in front of hotel but good luck getting a spot as locals park there. We ended up parking in public lot and walked to hotel - about 10 minutes. Thought the room was small with one tiny window covered in heavy curtains so “sea view” was disappointing. The terrace is nice but it was too hot to use in August. Overall, thought the hotel was tired in desperate need of freshening.
