Pros; Top location next to bars & restaurants, public transport, attentive hosts, huge room, clean overall, comfortable bed, fitted with all the amenities. Negatives: shower head has mold growing. The noise from the neighbours is a deal breaker. Children living in front are constantly screaming and neighbours chatting. The hosts needs to invest in double glazed windows to block the noise. I wouldn’t use it again.

Best part of our 2 week Sicily trip was the style, comfort and location of the "Industrial Suite" of Stay in Ortigia! Comfortable furniture, a modern fully equipped kitchen, fresh and soft towels in the center of this picturesque city. Apollo's Temple literally around the corner and you're 700m from snorkling or swimming in the Ocean for a magical sunrise! The owners are super kind and responsive giving the best of Sicilian hospitality. We'd love to be back soon!

Un appartamento meraviglioso. Super pulito e accogliente. Persone splendide e molto disponibili. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica.. vicino al centro ma allo stesso tempo una zona molto tranquilla. È molto vicina anche alle spiagge raggiungibili in macchina, come la maggior parte dei monumenti importanti da vedere. Tutto stupendo! Grazie ancora e speriamo di vederci il più presto possibile. Grazie di cuore ❤️

This has been an ideal arrangement for my wife and myself. We had a ground floor room. It is a quiet neighborhood but close to great restaurants, supermarket and gelato. The washing machine right outside our door was an added plus! Nice to have half way through a 3 week trip! Apartment was clean, recently tastefully remodeled, full kitchen with plates, utensils etc,. Shopping nearby allowed us to prepare our own breakfasts and a lunch. Small private patio was a welcome retreat for a glass of wine and charcuterie before heading to dinner. Owners very responsive throughout the process from initial contact, how to access apartment to departure. I would definitely stay here again!

2 notti ad Ortigia nell' appartamento industrial di stay in Ortigia nel cuore di Ortigia...in una zona tranquillissima e vicinissimo al teatro di Apollo...Ivana è bravissima, molto disponibile e mi ha dato tante indicazioni su dove andare x mangiare...il loft è pulito, molto bello e luminoso ...grazieeee x questa bellissima esperienza...consigliata al 100%

My wife and I stayed at this property at the end of August. Beautiful apartment, well-kept and tidy. The idyll ends as soon as you make a few requests to the property, which has never shown itself to be open and accommodating, especially to a request from us on the last day. We were leaving in the evening and, since checkout is only at 10 in the morning, asking for perishable food to be kept in a cool, dry place for a few hours didn't seem like "asking for the moon"... moreover, a brochure in the apartment intimates fines and a code of conduct that is unsuitable for a traveler who wants to relax!
