Struttura un po' datata al centro dell'Isola di Ortigia. Prima notte in una camera molto ampia ma con un cattivo odore persistente. L'affaccio sul cortine interno dive sono alloggiati i bidoni dell'immondizia non ha aiutato il ricambio d'aria. Lo staff si è prodigato nel cambio camera che ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative. Colazione abbondante ma qualitativamente nella media. La posizione sicuramente è il punto di forza della struttura.

This place is a scam. We booked one room for 5 nights. We had to cancel due to storm damage with our roof. By their cancellation policy we shouldvhave been charged 1 night, which would have been fine. They charged us 10 nights! They totally ignored every email we sent them, and basically just conned us out of our money. Absolute cowboys. For God's sake read the bad reviews before you think about this place.

Familiär geführtes Hotel, freundliche Gastgeber, für sizilianisches Verhältnisse ein nahezu opulentes Frühstück. Abzüge gibt es für die Zimmer, Sauberkeit (1 Woche kein Wechsel der Wäsche und der Handtücher, das Bad ziemlich verschmutzt), Lärm weil die Wände ganz dünn sind und Balkone, wie abgebildet, gibt es im 1. Stock gar keine. In Summe ein solides, preiswertes Hotel in allerbester Altstadt-Lage. Vorsicht mit dem Auto: Man darf nur innerhalb gewisser Zeiten nach Ortigia rein, öffentlich Parken ist gar nicht möglich, man muss vor der Brücke zur Insel einen Platz suchen, oder eine der kostenpflichtigen Garagen nehmen. Die schlagen sich nicht nur mit 20 Euro pro Tag zu Buche, das Auto ist dann auch nicht jederzeit verfügbar und wird von den Betreibern verstaut.

Do not go to this hotel, it's a scam. We booked a room, had to cancel due to storm damage the day before our arrival. Instead of charging us 1 night as per the cancellation policy, we were charged for 10. We emailed repeatedly, but they won't respond at all. We've read similar reviews on other sites. The only word for it is theft. Save your money and for gods sake don't give them your credit card details.
