Do not go to this hotel, it's a scam. We booked a room, had to cancel due to storm damage the day before our arrival. Instead of charging us 1 night as per the cancellation policy, we were charged for 10. We emailed repeatedly, but they won't respond at all. We've read similar reviews on other sites. The only word for it is theft. Save your money and for gods sake don't give them your credit card details.

I had a fantastic stay with my friends. , the staff was attentive, The location was perfect for exploring, and the atmosphere made our trip even more special. I highly recommend this beautiful place and would love to return!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft spontan gebucht, weil unser AirBnB ausgefallen ist und wir für eine Nacht etwas anderes brauchten. Die Gastgeber waren telefonisch erreichbar und haben uns zwei verschiedene Zimmer zur Auswahl gestellt- das war toll, denn die Blumentapete im ersten Zimmer hätte ich nicht überlebt. Leider habe ich einen bestimmten Geschmack, was Räume angeht, deswegen würde ich sagen, dieses Hotel ist wirklich etwas für Leute, denen das ästhetische Empfinden nicht so wichtig ist. Allerdings mochte ich den Steinboden in unserem Zimmer. Was ich zudem sehr schätze, war die Einladung zum Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit des Gastgeber-Paares. Danke für das Frühstück, es hat mir den ganzen Tag versüßt, vor allem nach dem AirBnB Fail.

This hotel had everything you would need for a great stay in Siracusa, specifically Ortigia! The staff was nice & accommodating & the location is great. Rooms were clean, breakfast was better than expected. We would definitely come again. Great for young families.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to relax. We have the feeling that everything was not clean. The beds are really bad and the cleanliness also bad. Breakfast really really basic. We found in the kitchen old plates cups and other things so dirty in the sink. I can give a point only for hotel workers.

La maison Ortigiaest très bien située.les chambres avec petite terrasse donnent sur une église.le prix en hiver est imbattable et les petits déjeuners inclus très bien
