The worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my travels. Whoever comes here will be in trouble forever. There are cockroaches in the curtains of the room! ! Can you believe it! ! ! While eating in the hotel, the snake 🐍 fell from the roof! ! ! There were mice running around on the roof at night, making squeaking noises! The wall coverings in their rooms have fallen off and they haven’t even done anything! ! Worse than a guest house! At first I thought it was a store owned by Chinese people, but it turned out that it was specifically trying to trick Chinese people! ! The following is my review after staying for three days. The water heater in the room I stayed in on the first night was broken. It took me an hour to ride a motorcycle from the pier to the hotel and I was still tired at night. I wanted to take a hot shower. The hotel told me that they would send someone to repair the water heater tomorrow, which was obvious. Knowing that someone was going to stay, it was not repaired one day in advance. We asked to change rooms the next day, but they said there were no rooms with the same price. We asked if they could upgrade our room. This is a common little thing in China. We first talked to the staff. The communication cost us 5,000 pesos, but when we came back to Ctrip to complain and negotiate with their manager, we were charged 6,000 pesos! ! That's right, it was 6,000. The manager had a dark face from beginning to end and didn't express the slightest apology for their problem! ! ! It's money from start to finish! ! ! In the end, the store did not bear anything. Instead, Ctrip and the guest borne half of it. Thumbs up to Ctrip. In the end, we spent 4,000 pesos to upgrade to a sea view room. Secondly, the hotel did not provide bottled mineral water for drinking. When we asked for mineral water, it was not available at first. Knowing that we needed money, he gave us a big bottle, thinking it would be a good idea. After checking out and paying the bill, I was shocked. The location of the dock store is good enough. They only sell it for 15 pesos, and their hotel sells it for 60 pesos! ! ! ! Four times more! ! ! Isn’t this a money grab? A cup of iced coffee costs 150 pesos, and a portion of fried chicken costs 450 pesos. Boss, is this fried chicken made of gold or silver? At the end of the check-out, we were charged 720 pesos for water and coffee. I went to check the account and found that I had made a mistake. I obviously only ordered coffee for two days! ! Charge us for 3 days! ! ox! ! The waiter in the hotel has a nice and enthusiastic attitude, but the kitchen lady asked us the day before we checked out, when can we check out tomorrow? what? Family members, have you ever been asked this question in the country? I spent money and was pushed without any apologies or politeness. All in all, I don’t recommend it. I don’t recommend it. Whoever comes here will be in trouble for the rest of their lives. Isn’t it nice to live in Coco at this price? Anyone who wants to live here should go to Coco. It’s a great place. Don’t order this after you’ve had a meal. I regret not ordering Coco in the past three days! ! !
