這次入住體驗真的超棒！從細節就能感受到酒店的貼心與專業！客房送物服務響應速度超快，需要的東西點了之後，機器人第一時間送到房間，完全解決了我的燃眉之急。房間擺放着温馨的手寫卡片，最驚喜的是深夜突然想吃點熱乎的，酒店一樓就有深夜粥到，一直營業到11:00，暖胃又暖心！退房時發票開具也十分便捷，工作人員耐心核對訊息，當場就能拿到，完全不用費心。方方面面都讓人感受到被重視，下次來還選這裏！

住過這麼多家酒店，這家的服務真的讓人印象深刻！客房送物功能簡直是“救星”，半夜發現忘帶護膚品，聯繫前台後，不出十分鐘就收到了。有天加班到很晚，飢腸轆轆時回酒店發現餐廳的深夜粥到還沒關，在樓下吃了一口粥胃暖暖的，上樓就睡覺了，很貼心。最讓我安心的是發票服務，不僅能網上提前預約開票訊息，離店時直接領取，還主動提醒我核對抬頭，避免後續麻煩。細節之處見真章，這樣的服務品質，下次來四平還會住的！

這次入住體驗真的太戳心了！必須給酒店的貼心服務瘋狂打call！剛進房間就發現桌上擺着印有歡迎語的定製暖心水，冰冰涼涼的喝下去瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊，細節裏滿滿的儀式感～半夜追劇突然饞粥，試探性下單了“深夜粥道”服務，本以為要等很久，結果不到半小時，一碗熱氣騰騰的皮蛋瘦肉粥就送到門口！米粒軟糯、配料超足，還貼心搭配了小菜和暖胃薑茶，喝完渾身都暖乎乎的～客房送物也超高效，無論要充電器還是洗漱用品，工作人員總是幾分鐘內就送到，態度熱情又周到。住過這麼多酒店，這家真的把“賓至如歸”做到了極致，下次來還住這兒！
