JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa

Was only here for 1 night in transit but facilities and quality of hotel was good. Anoldo was very welcoming on arrival!

Odalis is a sweetheart and an AMAZING massage person ! Can’t wait to go back and see her again, she did such a great job and was super friendly and professional.

Our trip to Sint Maarten was truly one of our best vacations to date! From the moment we arrived, the experience at the JW Marriott exceeded every expectation. The staff were not only professional but also personable, attentive, and genuinely caring the kind of hospitality that transforms a beautiful resort into an unforgettable escape. They went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us arrange a seamless day trip to St. Barth. Dining at the resort was equally impressive, every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Our room was elegant and comfortable, and the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking.The cleaning staff, especially the cleaner who kept our room crisp and clean! The hotel grounds themselves are pristine, serene, and designed for ultimate relaxation, you immediately know you’re somewhere special. From our first night to our final lunch, the restaurant staff, especially Kevin, made every interaction a pleasure. Their warmth, humor, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional. I highly recommend the lobster pasta and the conch fritters, both absolutely delicious! Even by the pool, the service was impeccable; the pool bartender and wait staff anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. This is what a true luxury getaway feels like effortless comfort, genuine hospitality, and thoughtful touches throughout. When we left, my husband said he would definitely return, and although I usually prefer discovering new places, I couldn’t agree more. Our experience at the JW Marriott Sint Maarten was beyond enjoyable, it was perfection.

My husband and I stayed a week at the resort. I enjoyed sunrise yoga daily. It was very relaxing and peaceful. I also enjoyed aqua aerobics with Vanessa and had a blast. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ☺️

I am a seasoned traveler so I appreciate great customer service. Marla and Shatijah were amazing with a lot of help both before and during our trip. Ryan and Arnoldo in reception, Stevenson out front, Justina and Jean-Claude and Pandurang by the pool. I am missing some names of course. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and friendly at all times. It was a quiet week at the hotel as the season ramps us, and I know they are building this place back up. With such a great team, it will be a success! ＞

I had my wedding at the Marriott in their JW Garden, and it was the most beautiful experience. Everything was beautifully set up, and the setting was absolutely stunning. A special thank you to Ms. Shanice Powell-Hodge, the Sales and Catering Manager, who was truly a blessing to work with. She made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. On my wedding day, she even went above and beyond to personally help me fix my dress. something she didn’t have to do but did out of genuine kindness. The Marriott is fortunate to have someone like her representing their brand. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for anyone planning their wedding ,it was an exceptional and unforgettable experience. Thank you guys Xx
