Was only here for 1 night in transit but facilities and quality of hotel was good. Anoldo was very welcoming on arrival!

Staying nearby but visited the restaurant and lobby bar multiple times. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. My wife is a celiac and they bent over backwards to ensure her dietary needs were met. We were greeted like family by the second time we went.

The accommodation was clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff at the JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa provided exemplary service. The resort offered a luxurious atmosphere, with notable features including the fitness centers, spa and more... The only minor issue encountered was the lack of clear communication regarding the closure of some on-site restaurants during check-in and Beach Seaweed. Overall, a stay at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa in St. Maarten delivers a premium and comfortable experience, particularly for guests seeking upscale amenities and high-quality service. I highly recommended JW Marriott St Maarten Beach Resort & Spa. I would like to thank Marla Joseph-A (Concierge Manager), Arnaldo Phelipa (Front Office Manager) and Tiana for all your help.

Great Hotel. We stayed from Sept 8th-13th. From the clean rooms to great service, all around great stay. The pool swim up bar was great. The bartender made every drink we ask for. We did not visit the beach in front but looked great, we just couldn't get away from the great pool. Dinner was delicious with service to match.

This place is incredible!! The spa is beautiful and peaceful! They offer a wide range of services and work to get you in behind the scenes! Odalis was so amazing! If you go to the spa ask for her! Ryan at the front desk was the best and most accommodating! He made this stay special and he was the reason we booked! The room service food is very good! The rooms are the most beautiful on the island!

Beautiful place. Accommodations were spacious and clean. Pools were refreshing and the swim up bar was a nice amenity to use. Fun events at the pool - a wine and cheese night, rum punch and mimosas another night. Live music at each pool most afternoons. Great location and convenient to many of the things we wanted to do. The food at Carambola was amazing, as was the lunch items ordered at the pool bar. Rodney was our amazing server at the pool. Recommend Carambola Restaurants - Trishanna and Nicolos took very good care of us when we dined there. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Best hotel in st marten. Only one things there is no security on parking places. In night time is not safe at parking place . In lobby nobody theirs. Anybody can enter in hotel. Only one draw back. Rest of all good. Please put some cameras and night security gurd in parking places.
