the facilities, the breakfast and a Spanish girl at the reception was the best, the rest I don't think I would return or recommend, everything started bad from the first minute I set foot in the reception, an employee yelling and humiliating in front of all the customers to a receptionist….. then another girl at the reception literally treated me as a liar…. I made the reservation with trip.com and I reserved two nights with breakfast, I paid for that obviously, but the girl at the reception told me over and over again that this was not the case, not even showing the reservation confirmation, she made me feel like a lying in front of several customers. In the end, after contacting trip, another employee at the reception (Spanish woman) treated me very well and solved the problem in 5 minutes, I don’t remember her name, but I’m sure many employees there can learn a little bit from her, that how to treat a customer with respect and professionalism..

We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. The hotel is located in a quiet place in the downtown area. It is 7-8 minutes walk from North Station. It is very convenient. The next day, I went to Brussels Airport. The decoration is very characteristic and full of Belgian modern design. The overall facilities are excellent, the environment is first-class, and the service is excellent. If you say the disadvantage, it is too far from ubahn, you can't get out of the door without taking a taxi.

The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.
