The hotel offers a fantastic package with several perks: * Two complimentary adult tickets to the water park, conveniently just a 5-minute walk away. * Daily buffet breakfast is included for two adults. Children incur an extra charge of 150 RMB per person. * The minibar is completely free and restocked every day. * You also get unlimited complimentary rides on the Sentosa Express (the island's monorail) by simply showing the hotel-provided QR code. One code covers all guests. Its location is superb, situated right on Sentosa Island. It's only a 5-minute walk to Universal Studios, and accessing other island attractions, such as the beaches via cable car, is incredibly convenient. However, if you plan to visit sights off the island, taking a taxi is highly recommended, as public transport (MRT) journeys typically take over an hour. The hotel features a lovely swimming pool, but do note that it closes at 8 PM. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of dishes. We stayed for four days and were impressed that the selection was diverse enough that it never felt repetitive.

The hotel room was very spacious. Despite being on the third floor, it boasted a huge terrace with excellent views of the water park. **Transportation:** Getting there is very convenient. You can take the Sentosa Express monorail to the Universal Studios area, and then catch a bus or shuttle from the nearby Hotel Michael back to the hotel. If you're lucky, you might even get to ride an autonomous bus, which is quite a fascinating experience. **Dining:** The hotel's breakfast was excellent. You can choose a semi-buffet option at the in-house restaurant; I tried the Indian food, and it was incredibly flavorful. Alternatively, you can head to Hotel Oasia for a full buffet. Although it tends to be crowded there, the service is exceptionally attentive. **Activities:** The hotel's swimming pool, located in the villa area, was very relaxing with a lovely and quiet ambiance. There's also a dedicated shortcut from the hotel directly to the water park. Simply get your tickets checked at the concierge desk, and a staff member will guide you there, which is extremely convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again.

The waiting time to check in was a little long, but checkout was quick and smooth. Complimentary breakfast was at a different hotel connected to Hotel Michael, but a bit of a walk. Very close to USS and the Sentosa beaches are within walking distance.

One of the best experience I will never forget. Stunning view under the water with beautiful creatures right in front of me from the inside of the bedroom. Attentive and friendly staff. Love this place!!

The hotel staff service on check in is very good and room was upgraded from the deluxe suite to premium suite by the reception. Room is excellent and the facilities provided in the room is excellent. Super comfy bed mattress and slept very well. The hotel to the Genting Sentosa resort ****** is just within the same hotel building.

The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and came with all the essential amenities, and the mini-bar was complimentary. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from Sentosa. My experience with the front desk staff was a mixed bag; some were unfriendly, while others were exceptionally helpful. However, a delightful young lady at the front desk named Karen (her name was on her badge) was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, spoke Chinese, and genuinely went out of her way to accommodate guests. As someone traveling far from home, I was deeply touched by her thoughtfulness! Thumbs up!
