No refund deposit !!!!

If you want to be bitten by ants, come and stay at this hotel. Check-in was not smooth. It was already 2pm and the front desk still asked me to wait for another five minutes. When I went upstairs, I found that they were still cleaning... That's it. As soon as I entered the room, a strong stench hit me. The bathroom stinks even more. The toilet will smell upwards. After staying for two days, the toilet door is still smelly when I open it. I wiped the table with alcohol wipes several times and it was black. The toilet paper provided had huge ash and the whole roll was gray. I couldn't take a shower. There was yellow stuff on the ceiling and I didn't know what it was. I wanted to check out but I couldn't because I had already checked in. When I thought I could just make do with it, a huge cockroach rushed out the door quickly... The next morning, I was bitten on the face by ants and got up to see that there were at least five ants on the bed. I have never stayed in such a rubbish hotel in my life. It's a complete scam. Finally, on the first day, I told the front desk that there was no need for cleaning. When I returned to the hotel, I found that our water was moved... I was shocked. The next morning, someone knocked on the door for no reason and tried to open the door of my room... It was outrageous. No one responded when I questioned through the door.
