親子千萬不要選這家酒店。
首先，豪華大床房不是面對港灣，其次，沒有獅子送，第三，沒有任何服務可言。酒店大堂跟菜市場一樣，幾乎看不到服務人員，前台對待華人態度傲慢。
1.酒店不提供飲用水，提供玻璃杯接所謂的直飲水，一股怪味。2.早餐比市場的早餐店還難吃，且品種少，要靠搶。最後一天竟然看到服務員往白粥里加水，用大勺子不停的攪動，這是太稠了嗎？當時震驚了我。難道五星級酒店的餐廚連粥都不會煮了嗎？
連住三天，沒有服務員去詢問是否需要清理房間，實在忍不住，第三天要求客房部添加毛巾。
不知道攜程及小紅書的好評從何而來？説位置便捷，可是去任何一個景點都要坐車，便捷在哪？請問是怎樣評上五星的？
定了文華兩日和費爾蒙三日，網上評論説費爾蒙正對濱海灣，結果入了費爾蒙的坑，什麼景都沒有。對比附近的文華，客服態度温和，豐富美味的中西早餐，一直讓小朋友念念不忘。
