前台、禮賓都笑臉相迎，有問必答，花錢升級了景色比較好的景觀房，也看到了國慶煙花。但是作為老牌運營酒店，在設計方面太欠考慮，1、衞生間內無框玻璃太多，在夜間視線欠佳情況下，誤撞玻璃，到現在頭上都是腫的。前面預訂時看到有住客評論這樣寫，以為衹是小朋友會有問題，沒想到自己也會中招！2、衞生間裏面竟然沒有吹風機的插座，要插到電視機下面才能使用！不知道什麼邏輯！設計一味追求美觀，但酒店應從運營安全角度出發，考慮到客人的切身使用需求！

雖然住的北樓，總體環境和風景還是相當不錯的。交通非常方便，服務也很好，有中文服務。因國慶煙花現場加了點錢要對金沙景的房，雖有遮擋，但總體還是值的。出行方便，兩個地鐵站可選擇。雖然沒有礦泉水，樓下買好就OK

The hotel lobby staff is not friendly to Chinese people, but they are fawning to foreigners, like slaves. They look down on Chinese people even though they have Chinese faces. Where does their confidence come from? They charge 3,000 or 4,000 yuan a night for a five-star hotel, but they don’t even provide the most basic bottled mineral water! This is the first time I have seen such a thing. They only give you a bottle to drink water from the tap, which is really bad. I bought water from outside. Besides, the room is broken and old. There is no partition in the bathroom for taking a shower. The water splashes everywhere outside when taking a shower. There is no door in the toilet. The washbasin is even smaller and older, and there is only one basin. Generally, five-star hotels have two basins. It is a compliment for such a hotel to say that it is three stars. Xiaohongshu said that this hotel is so good, it is really a lie, all advertising and promotion. I stayed for one night and quickly changed hotels.
