The room was okay and average. The window is a little small. Unfortunately the hot water only lasts about 5-10 minutes which was very annoying especially with two people.
The staff was okay and friendly. However, when we complained about the hot water issue, they tried explaining techniques to save water during the shower instead of helping with the problem.
The location is quite outside of Singapore but very close to NUS and a bus stop which was good for us.
Generally an okay stay.

Great location, bus stop going around the city is just few steps away. Owner/staff is very helpful with our transfer to other room. No fuss no hassle.
