The room was clean, and the bathroom tiles were free of scale, including the inside of the kettle.
Because the conference venue provided breakfast, I didn't use the hotel's breakfast.
The hotel staff kindly informed me that there would be construction work going on outside during business hours.
The soundproofing was poor; when it rained, I could hear the sound of water running through the drainage system.
No personal toiletries were provided (in an environmentally friendly way?), only a hair dryer; shampoo and body wash were provided in the bathroom.
The desk had only two international sockets; all other outlets were three-pin.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the National University of Singapore, with a bus stop right in front. Although the room is small, it is clean and adequate for two people.
